For the most part this is a good pawn shop...people are friendly and willing to help even when the place is packed. I would of gave it five ⭐'s if it wasnt for the prices they are a little exspensive, its not too bad cause there is a little room to haggle..overall good service!

Johnathan, Zane and ivi are some of the most friendly people I’ve ever met. They instantly welcomed us with a warm welcome and helped us find exactly what we were looking for and got us setup extremely fast considering we were on a time limit and they gave us a little bit of a deal to help out with the warranty. BEST PAWN 1 EVER! I have been doing business with this Pawn 1 for more than 10 years and I am sad to see that there is such a negative review for such a great location. The staff is always very helpful and is always Fair. To the guy who's talking bad about the firearms manager you must not go there very often because the gentleman you're speaking about is one of the kindest people I have ever met along with several of the other managers and to be honest the whole staff is amazing. If you're trying to sell something and they don't accept it then move along, go find another place but don't put them down because you brought something that wasn't worth the time or the money. Maybe the condition of your item wasn't even close what you think it is or maybe you were expecting too much money. I don't know the whole situation but normally people who write bad reviews like yours are just bitter because they didn't get their way. I also see that you had given another pawn shop in the area a 1 star review as well. Seems like you should find a different way to get rid of your items since you are so hard to please at pawn shops. As for anybody else reading this, I encourage you to go to this location. You will never get better service from any of the other Pawn 1 locations or any of the other pawn shops in this area as you do from the staff here. Don't let other people's negativity affect your decision because not all situations are the same. If you bring in a quality item they work very hard to help people out. Everyone is always so nice and helpful when I go in. The store is always clean. They also have a nice variety of items to purchase if you are looking for a good deal, especially on tools! If you see something that you would like, but cannot afford it right away, they do have layaway. This is great especially for the holidays!

Belinda was super helpful! We came in looking for a xbox 1 and they didn’t have any so she checked the other stores inventory and called all of them to make sure they for sure still had the item in stock. Super pleased with her service and if I ever need anything I know to come to her! She’s a great employee!

The only pawn shop I will go to. They are friendly, good customer service and they'll always try to get you the most for your items. They also have a lot of good stuff to look through for purchase. I really enjoy their selection of tools. It's also just fun to go there and check out all the cool stuff they have.

I want to note that I had fantastic service! Both Steve and Todd were very helpful and considerate. A couple of months before Christmas I was having a rough time financially and Todd helped me with a loan. I also purchased a computer that I use now for college. I have been to several other pawn shops and I was really discouraged. This pawn shop was excellent! Thank you.

I have been a local visiting this shop for many many years I can remember the first owner you get very good customer service quality goods and quality customer service if the people can't help you they go above and beyond to get you the items that you are looking for everybody in this store gets my prompts because they are Johnny on the spot they're willing to help you no matter what caused so all in all I would pick this store because if you can't find it anywhere else you they will find it for you and the customer service is number one so this store gets prompts in my book especially the customer service and the people are always always nice
