The employees will lie to you about prices on the shelf so they can get better deals off your stuff! They're extremely rude, and hygiene doesn't seem to be something most notice or care about. I understand pawn shops low-ball and you negotiate or walk, but these people are a different breed of rip off artists and smelly scammers. 10/10 don't recommend. And if you think this is biased off one item, I e been selling/shopping here for 4 years now and it's just gotten worse by the month. Save your time, and get extra money in your pocket. Try craigslist

Pawn 1 in Post Falls is a great place to do business. I tried a couple other pawn shops but kept going back to Pawn 1 in Post Falls. The employees have always been professional and fair with me on loans and purchases. Ryan has great customer service.I appreciate the way he manages the store. Terry, and Tyler are always pleasant when my husband and I come in. It's the only place I go now.

Went in there a couple weeks ago to sell a 2 year old 32" Element tv with included wall mount and got quoted $20, I asked to pawn it instead (I have an account in good standing) and was still offered $20. I was told I could take the $20 or "try my luck with Craigslist that is also flooded with tv's". I feel I was told this in spite, as the day before I had hung up on an employee who I believe is that very same individual I spoke to in person, after I was on hold for 10 minutes and being told, "we cannot accept a tv without the stand". (I did find the stand) Well just so happens that a family member of mine was also a little low on funds, and decided to take their identical 2 year old 32" Element tv in to pawn it. They received $40. I proceeded to call Pawn1 and ask for the manager. The manager did not want to talk to me (wasn't stated but pretty obvious as I can hear him speaking about the phone call in the background) so I ended up talking to 2 employees. They both avoided giving me the corporate phone number. I told the second employee I spoke to that I know for a fact they will offer more for a pawn when you have a solid account than they will to buy it. I was informed my "thinking is a little backwards on that" and they offer more to buy. Past interactions shows that is not true, and I believe most people know that as well. The tone of the employee changed when I informed him I personally know who went in there and exactly what they received for their tv not 30 minutes later. Sadly I no longer have the sheet of paper with the Manager's name on it, but I remember faces. Figured I would leave this review, as the customer service I received that day was subpar.

Tyler was great! He was funny and kept up a good conversation during the small wait time. This is the second time I have been here and I always feel like I am welcome compared to a lot of Pawn shops I've been to. Great customer service and store is always clean and comfortable :)

The best customer service I've had at any pawn shop or loan business. The manager Ryan and his assistant and fire arms specialist Dave and the rest of his crew have gone out of their way time and time again for me. Sometimes you're in a tough spot and you gotta make ends meet and these guys have a heart that a lot of businesses don't. Just make sure you pick up your loans or at least stay in contact and make payments and your stuff is always secure. I won't take my business anywhere else as long as these boys are at the shop.

These employees went out of their way....Tyler and Terry, and their manager that evening, to facilitate some cash that I needed to get back in front of a growing problem. These guys showed incredible patience, and understanding of the chaos I am dealing with at the moment. I, of course, couldn't leave without buying a few cool items they had....I'll be back to grab my stuff, and will NOT lean on the hockey table ever again.

Horribly uneducated staff. The can't even read a digital micrometer. Then tried to say that a reputable jewelry store lied about karat size on a ring. Then based of a sheet with with god know how old of market prices offers $500 for a 3.5 karat ring. Originally over $10k. With gold prices at $2k an ounce. They just are just there to rip you off when your in a bad situation. Talk about fleecing people.

This store is clean. The staff are upbeat, helpful and professional. If you don't like the price marked on an item , they will usually work with you. If they can't get down to the price you want to pay, they're cool about it - never pushy. I have made some good deals there. I really like their new manager Ryan, he's a straight shooter. Go check 'em out.

Great folks! Got a great set of much needed Nikon Binoculars. Got something else, item didnt function. They could have told me to kick rocks. But... Ryan is a stand up guy!! And thanks to him they made it right! Will def be back. Good selection, Great People! If you are going somewhere else you are doing it wrong :-)

Great shop, with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have good prices on a wide selection of many things including jewelry, firearms, musical instruments, tools, and much more. They store has quickly become a place my wife and I regularly visit.

Trevor is amazing. I had a problem and he solved it. He went above and beyond to make me happy and resolve my problem. The Cda Pawn One is horrible and full of people just waiting to rip you off. Trevor was putting the service back into customer service and should be an example to all other people in the industry. Thank you Trevor and Post Falls Pawn One for always being helpful and fair.

Andrew and Terry are absolutely amazing. We had a hard time at Ace hardware in Post Falls proving the lawnmower we gave them vs the one they were trying to give us back wasn't ours but we had no proof. We called Terry and Andrew at Pawn One and they helped us look up past Honda lawnmowers for us in the date range we purchased it, they listened to us and the whole story even though they didn’t have to. They helped us in multiple different ways in a situation so terrible with no way to prove it wasn’t ours. They made us feel better that they did everything they could to help us. Thank you gentlemen for being so amazing in a some times sour world.

This place is a joke! Over priced garbage all the way around. Asked a sales person for some help with ammo and was willing to buy a few boxes but he was super rude. Couldn’t find the info about the type of ammo that it he had. Wouldn’t let my see the rounds. I’ll go somewhere else and you should too

I live in Hayden but now I travel all the way to post falls location in hopes to be greated by Tyler. He is very helpful Everytime, professional, but understanding! Does what he can for his customer's. Great employee!

I needed $350 for ballpoints so I brought in a brand new Samsung tab s7 ($799.00) with a $200.00 keyboard case they gave me $100.00 for it. Also had to bring my 2021 Libtech skunkapp snowboard($699.00) that's mint with 2 rides and flow bindingsthey gave me $100.00 for it. Also had to bring my touch screen hp laptop($500 and some dollars they gave me $75 for it. So around $2000.00 in stuff to get $350.00. Then they charge you storage fees, and a whopping 272.52% annual percentage rate!

I live in Spokane Valley and love the Pawn 1 on East Sprague but an item I wanted was only available at the Post Falls Pawn 1. I drove over there and couldn't have had a better experience! The price was more than fair and competitive and all the employees were very nice and professional. The store was clean and had great inventory. I hinestly haven't been to a bad Pawn 1 and this is why I am a "regular".
