They made everything smooth and were so accommodating when I had to reschedule my appointment unexpectedly, and even reached out to see if everything was OK. I would highly recommend their location off Cave Springs in St. Charles MO.

Mrs.Kim was friendly and had very good customer service. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. Downside Title Max has extremely high interest rate and I wouldn't encourage anyone to go unless it your last resort.

I popped in the West Clay branch today to have a cpl questions answered . Kim Brazzle immediately greeted me at the door (at a safe social distance ) She was incredibly friendly ,knowledgeable and was very respectful of my time. before I knew it I was approved for 3 times the amount requested ( and I have terrible credit) Before I left I felt as if I'd made a new friend.
