Absolute worst customer service I have ever had. The owner is dishonest. Do not do business here.

Throughout the years, I've used just about every pawnshop in the Metro St.Louis and surrounding area. Pawn Emporium of St. Charles is the only one I would recommend to family and close friends. Tim and company have always treated me with the outmost respect, and have always done a fair business in a old school no BS kind of way. Something of a rarity in present day. If you want a fair and quality experience, I highly recommend giving Pawn Emporium your business. You will not be disappointed.

Never pawned an item before until I needed some extra money for Christmas. Happy I came to this pawn shop because they helped me understand what needed to be done. Although I wanted more money for my laptop they did tell me why they were not able to give me what I wanted. Even still, I felt good about them. I guess other people thought this store was okay because there were people in the store when I was there. It was a good experience overall.

If you want to spend money in a place you'll feel welcomed don't stop here. Guy acted like I was bothering him didn't wanna have any contact and was just a rude prick. If you don't want to deal.with people get in a different business jerk

Had a good experience here, bought a rifle. They are very good to deal with.

This was regrettable. Shame on this business for scamming people and the rude behavior was appalling.

They did an FFL transfer for me. It was quick and easy. No BS-ing around. As for the shop, well lit, super clean, and had some sweet guitars to look at while I waited. If I have another firearm shipped I will use them again.

Went in store last Saturday looking for a rifle to buy. Had plenty of money might have bought the 2 I wanted that I saw. Nobody even said hello when i walked in an i was the only person in there. Stood by front counter looking at the guns an was totally ignored. Won't be back an next time will listen to friends when they told me that place sucks.

Have been here a few times being told that they buy car audio I bring a $250 alpine head unit and they don't take it or anything for that matter. Don't come here chances are they won't buy ANYTHING you have

We have been here twice and each time the man who was working there acted as if he had no interest to sell anything ever. We refuse to go back.
