Danielle and Aaron are awesome too work with very friendly and informative. I have had several loans with them with no issues! In fact they have really worked with me in the past. I will always go here for my future loans! Would recommend to any one!

Almost two month ago I paid off my loan. Since then I have spoken with Aaron several time to have my account updated with TransUnion showing paid in full and not showing a balance of $149.00. Each time I talked with Aaron he had excuses like we just bought another company and we haven't update it yet, the owner is out of town, or I plain to update it next week. Aaron was very nice when taking out the loan, but very unprofessional when solving a simple matter. If I would have stop paying them, it would have not been any problem reporting it to TransUnion. Today August 22, 2020 again I talked with Aaron and again the same excuses. I explain to Aaron what I plain to do, his response was do that you wont get far. Companies like this that take advantage of consumers need NOT be in our community nor in business. I have spoken with a good friend of mind who happens to work for the Attorney General Office. I plain to file a complaint with the Attorney General office, BBB as well as start a petition to have there license revoke where this type of business they will never be able to do ever again.

American Credit Services is the best!! If you are looking for a business that works with its customers and takes every customers situation as its own, this is the place!! I couldn't be happier. I recommend them to anyone looking for a short term loan.

I took out a loan due to a personal expense that came up that I was unprepared for. My loan amount was $500, my payments started at the end of November 2018. They would not have ceased until April or May. The entire cost of my loan would’ve been more than twice what I borrowed. DO NOT TAKE OUT A LOAN FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Traditional payday loans are less predatory than they are!!!! But what infuriates me even more than spending more than twice as much then I borrowed??? The fact that I changed my banking information and had gotten a different checking account- the original account I was using was no longer authorized by myself, but they continued taking money out of it AFTER I told them I was filing bankruptcy and giving them the name of my attorney as well as her phone number in order if they needed any more information. They completely ignored that and continued to take money out of the account I did NOT AUTHORIZE THEM TO USE!!!! They should NOT have even kept my old account number on file, but the fact that I am in bankruptcy and they are STILL charging me shows me exactly how predatory they are, they are willing to ignore the law just to continue to get your money! Apparently I need to close out all my bank accounts and get new ones. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! They do NOT care about you, they are NOT doing you any favors and by going there you are only digging a deeper hole for yourself! It was REALLY HARD to even give them one star.

Best place for a loan around. Aaron is super helpful. By far one of the best ranking customer service in town!
