This is definitely a place to go to! I was scared to have to take out a loan, and a ball of nerves going in. It is NEVER easy admitting you need help sometimes, let alone asking. I walked in, and Erin made me and my wife feel so comfortable, so at ease, and took her time thoroughly explaining our options. We got the help we needed, and service beyond expectations. Erin Winston is the best. It has been a while since I've experienced excellent customer service. She was extremely friendly and supportive, prompt, helpful. She was good over the phone and in person. She even stayed late to help me get what I needed the same day. She truly cared. I recommend requesting her for your future customer service needs at Check n Go. This process can be stressful and cause anxiety the last thing pele want to feel is terrible from poor customer service, but Erin helped me feel so much better about the whole process. Showed up to the location in St. Peter’s at 2 pm to cash my check “OPEN” sign was light up bright as day along with a sign on the door that shows store hours informing customers that they are open until 6 yet door was locked… called number on building and spoke with customer service rep who i explained all of this too asked her to find me another location since obviously i couldn’t get my check cashed at the one closer to me and she put me on hold for like 15 mins then just xferd me to some answering machine

Erin was amazing all around above and beyond! I had tried to get payroll checks cashed at Walmart big mistake they had me sign the back then the system would not let me cash them for some reason. Went to Check and Go Erin said this happens all the time at Walmart. She helped me figure out a way to get my money even though the check was signed she's a gem!
