I have had a mess trying to get my title since January. Was just in an accident and totalled my car. So I stopped by this location as a last resort and Britnie was amazing!!! She got everything I needed and had me on my way very quickly. Thank you!!

As someone who has always been a little nervous about the title loan procedures, I was always reluctant to go that route when I needed some extra cash, but then title max started offering personal loans. I went in and i spoke to Corey about the process and he laid everything out exactly as one should. No deception, just amazing customer service. At the end of the day, the payback options were a little more than I wanted to pay, so I ultimately did not use their services, and even with that Corey’s demeanor never changed he was still polite and helpful and he really sets the bar for what customer service is all about. It’s a very refreshing feeling considering the service aspect of customer interaction is a dying quality
