Absolutely the worst place to get a title loan I've been sick with covid and asked if I could make my payment 4 days late and he just said no because it was my first payment. Unbelievable when I've got a previous loan with them before and paid it off in full early. They do not care at all of your situation or try and help when things occur. I would no suggest titlemax. Better off going to Missouri title loans fair warning ⚠️

I'm only giving this two stars because of how I get my money. They put it on a card. Tell you that you can go to this bank and no fee to withdraw your money. Well that was wrong. Also you can only get $300 a day from the atm. So you have to pay the atm fee everyday you get your money out the atm.

I went here to inquire about loan options, and Brenden ( I believe that was his name ) WAS MORE than friendly!! He made me feel at home and more than welcome there! I live in Illinois but I will definitely be going back there if I need anything ever!! Hopefully you all are lucky and get brenden like I did
