Customer service was great. Straight forward honest people here. What more can you ask for when it comes to customer service?? I,myself appreciate that part of it. I would recommend giving this location a visit if you have plans or need a title Maxx and/or quick money.

It was a long process because the department that approves asked Maria to resubmit more than 3 times. She never gave up on me, she continued until I was approved. She got me approved for more than I needed, which was a bonus. Thank you so much Maria for going that extra mile.

This place is literally one of a kind, never have I met people who’ve went as above and beyond to help me get the loan i needed. Not only did they stay 2 hours over closing to help me, they were literally on top of everything when it came to helping me get the loan I needed. The regional manager actually reached out to me as I was on my way to the store, she ensured me that they would be there to help me out and thanked me for my business. I would without a doubt recommend this location to all my family & friends. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that they were able to get me the loan I needed. I personally think 5 stars isn’t enough, I’d rate them %110 out of %100%

Super nice and went the extra mile to make sure we got the amount we needed for our situation (original offer $790, he pushed his boss for $4,000, 😱 👍) Stephanie was super sweet and professional. She remembered us everytime we went there and when we sat there bored waiting she made sure a conversation was always going. 🤣😃🤣😃 Highly recommended if you need help in a tough financial situation.

The customer service representative, Stephanie was very helpful. She was able to explain the entire loan process to me. She actually made me feel comfortable with getting the loan because I was very hesitant with tons of questions. I would definitely recommend this office for getting your loan needs.

I received the best service from Richie! He was very efficient, professional, and pleasant. I will refere a friend and also (hopefully not) become a returning customer. I hate loans but at least if I get one the process can be pleasant and I received that from Richie. The transaction was very simple and (if I were decisive) it literally took no more than 30 minutes. Richie deserves a promotion because I can tell that this isn’t just his job, he actually likes what he does. He’s a people person who cares. Give him a promotion!

Stephanie answered all our questions on the phone and made me feel comfortable doing business with them. When I got to the store she was very thorough and friendly- great service. The other Manager Richie helped me transfer my title.

I recently worked with Stephanie on a title loan and let me just tell you how amazing this woman is! First of all I was 40 minutes late for my appointment and it was a Saturday afternoon where they close at 2 and she could have easily said come back Monday we don't have enough time today. However not only did she not turn us away, she stayed an extra 1 1/2hrs late to help us out and made sure that we got what we needed. We came across an issue with the title not coming up in the system & again she could have told us we can try and resume this on Monday but she didn't. She made multiple attempts to call whomever she needed to, tried whatever she needed to, including contacting Toyota at one point to see if they knew what the problem was. Luckily she eventually figured it out for us and it was a godsend because we really needed the financials that day. She is extremely professional, she's kind and you can tell that she genuinely cares about her customers and that they aren't just another account number to her. I will definitely be a return customer as well as refer people. Thank you Stephanie for everything you did for us!😊
