Extremely rude person by the name of Rudy lol. I asked her a simple question and she was not able to give an accurate answer and I said that makes no sense. Her reply was it doesn't have to make sense to you. Quite rude and predatory as well. The problem is I worked with loans for 15 years and am light years beyond her in knowledge. I know it. She knows it. Perhaps they should teach their employees how to calculate interest. My question was, why from the first payment did nothing go towards the principal. I was not able to get an answer.
