I go here every 6 weeks or so to load $ onto a Netspend card. I wish i wd have “discovered” this location years ago!! Of course becuz the transaction is FREE here (unlike everywhere else i had been going 🤦🏻‍♀️) but also the fact that ALL staff has been truly pleasant & knowledgeable. They’ve made every visit quick, easy, & painless 👍

Trina was amazing! She was professional speedy and very polite throughout the entire process! I would refer any and everyone to this exact location if ever any needs to cash a check! Thank you again Trina and I hope you enjoy your birthday!

With both visits to the Natural Bridge location. Both Brittany and Dakota were very welcoming, helpful, professional,and kind. They both provided us top notch customer service. We appreciate being treated like customers should be treated.

I cannot say enough good things about the service I receive everytime I visit the store!! The girls are always pleasant , patient , helpful . They always greet you with a smile . They get you in and out quickly . I feel the go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of - like when I forget things and they make sure they call me let me know and hold on to it til I come back - Because I always come back!!! Nice to see we can still get good service with a smile !! No matter what they deal with!! 👍😄

I just want to say Dakota was sooo nice. I was not prepared when I came in to get my new loan. The link I had for my check stubs and bank statement waws not correct. Dakota worked with me for over a hour helping me get what I needed! I walked out with my extra cash and a brand new view on people. Usually people are mean hearted now days and would have told me I need to come back when I'm ready. Dakota did nothing but the opposite and was truly amazing. I had to write a review. She needs a raise or be higher up. Simply amazing service.

It was a great pleasure to do business with Ahmad at Check and Go! I really enjoyed his personable approach in making sure my needs were met not just were I was at in the moment but going above and beyond to make sure I was saving overall in other financial areas that may be holding me hostage. I was here today. Treena is very Professional and explained things in details while I was confused. Ingo wants to do lot of back ground check before clearing my money orders. Treena took all the details and patiently gave all the answers to Ingo and push them to clear my checks on same day. So that was awesome. I would suggest this location as it’s best and right next to USPS.
