Today I went for a title loan and let me say, Ryan and Dan ,You guy's ROCK. These two gentlemen went above and beyond today for me and I truly appreciate you both. Title Max definitely gets five stars from me. Thanks again fellas.

My wife and I went to TitleMax in Festus today and were very pleased with the service we received. We needed a quick loan because of my wife’s maternity leave insurance payments arriving later than expected. William helped us out worth no problems, made everything clear to us about our loan terms and payments, and had us on our way quickly. There was also a woman there, I do not recall her name and thought about calling to ask but it’s impossible to make a phone call in my house without drawing the attention of a child. She was very kind and great with our kids. Both employees helped keep our kids entertained while we waited, and we were grateful to not have stress during our experience. Thank you!!

The whole experience was made super simple and I was amazed and how smooth everything went. Mia was the representative that helped me and I couldn't have imagined a better experience. She went above and beyond to explain everything to me and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way!

I definitely would recommend this place to anyone. Mia and Crystal were the employees working when I came in. They both helped me greatly as I came in very nervous and anxious because Getting a loan like this was all new to me and it was very nerve-racking to say the least, but because of these two girls my experience turned out to be not as bad as I thought it would be walking in. They both went above and beyond to help me through this experience, answered all my questions, we’re very kind and friendly, even going above and beyond to help me through the whole process. Even after having to leave three times to go to my house to get different documentation papers that I needed they were still amazing every time I walked back in as I felt I was being troubling. Both girls always kept a smile and continued to make me feel calm and welcomed. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone if you want great customer service.
