Buying our truck at Sapaugh was literally the best car buying experience we have ever had!!! We have always dreaded the time when we would need to buy but this was truly the easiest process we have done. No hassles, gave us a very good fair price for our trade, the price of the vehicle we bought never changed, and no high pressure selling. Our salesman Jim Haar was one of the best we have ever worked with. He sent us several vehicles to preview and the vehicle we chose was exactly what he said it was when we got there. Jim has followed up several times since we purchased our truck to make sure all is well and if we are happy with the vehicle. Do yourself a favor when buying and make the drive to Sapaugh GM!! You won’t regret it.

My car was kept for two weeks. When I did get my car back I was told I had to pay $100 which was confusing for me because I have a full coverage, bumper to bumper warranty I purchased to cover any repairs. The tech informed me that even with that warranty purchased you have to pay a $100 deductible every time. It would have been nice to been told that at the time I purchased the vehicle. Then once I got in my vehicle the gas tank was on empty but when I dropped it off it was almost full. I do remember the tech telling me they had to drive my car around quite a bit to get the check engine light to come back on. Which is fine but you guys could have been decent enough to fill it back up! Especially with how expensive gas is! I made sure I filled the loaner car back up before I dropped it off, so I expected the same in return. Which by the way, the loaner car that was given to me was not clean on the inside. I was told you guys don’t fill cars back up if you have to drive them around to get diagnostics. I’m sorry but that’s AWFUL customer service. Which I am not sure why that was necessary in the first place because the first time I dropped it off the tech informed me they were able to get all diagnostics needed to evaluate what repairs were needed. But because the GMC program was down that day, you guys returned my car to me and asked me to come back a few weeks, so I did and then this all happened. It is not my fault your system was down and couldn’t do what was needed. I really had high hopes for Sapaugh but this was really not good customer service at all!

I have been on the hunt for an anniversary edition Ford Mustang GT and found a dealer in Michigan that had two I was trying to purchase after a few weeks and not being able to get a straight answer since the cars were on consignment I started looking elsewhere. I found one here at Sapaugh and as soon as I called I spoke to Mike Daugherty who is the salesman that made this the easiest and most simple car purchase I have ever made. Right from the start we talked numbers condition and transport. Mike was straight forward and honest told me what to expect. In less than 10 minutes we had everything done. I live in Ohio so this purchase was made solely on trust and the word of my salesman. I can tell you as soon as I got the car I knew I was dealing with an honest salesman and dealership car came in it was just as described and looked even better in person. Mike D was amazing from the start to the finish. Prior to getting connected with him I called and tried to get information about purchasing a vehicle with little to no help. Mike answered every call or text night and weekend. This alone shows the care and devotion he is willing to give. On top of that they went out of their way to save me another $250, today that just does not seem to happen. To anyone considering buying a vehicle and wants a true no stress, honest, and fun experience I would give them and especially mike a call.

I was most impressed by Sapaugh because they were willing to travel about 75 miles to my home to both pick up and deliver my 2019 Chevy Bolt to perform the drive battery recall. For me, this was above and beyond what I was expecting. The warranty work appears to have been performed correctly, the car was returned in perfect condition.

Sapaugh was a pleasant experience. Angie was the best. I told her l saw a car Sapaugh had on there Website it was the only one available and that l wanted to purchase it. But l couldn't get there until 2 day's later. l was serious about buying the car l had been looking for Months. She said no problem it would be there. I came to have my oil changed for the first time ever. They squeezed me in which was awesome. I was there for 2 hours (bored but wasn't an issue). When I got back to my car I was missing my cigarettes (it only had 2 in it) from the pocket on my door. I spoke to the manager and he offered to reimburse me the cost of 2 cigarettes and spoke to me like I shouldn't have called to complain about it. It's not necessarily that I want a refund or reimbursement of any kind. I dont understand how someone can judge me for being upset that I was STOLEN from. It doesn't matter at all the monetary value of the item. THEFT IS THEFT. As of right now I will not come back ever. You can let Amanda know that your service dept cost you guys a customer because she has called me off and on for over 6 months trying to get me to come in.

I spent a week looking for a truck after I had my financing secured, every dealership I contacted either already sold one or it had a deposit. Sapaughs ended up having a truck and was extremely helpful getting the deal done. My salesman Patrick Howards was very helpful and went out of his way to make my experience exemplary. He should be commended.

Steven was very professional but very down to earth. Very honest about the knowledge of the vehicles and still made you feel comfortable learning new things. He will go far in this business because he has the drive to learn new things.Very smooth purchase.

We were closing the deal we had already got the payoff the day before and due to the late hours finance Co was closed and we had the payoff and they rounded it to their figure and not our payoff and we ended up having to pay $71.81 more we suggested to take our vehicle home and come back the next day and close the deal and they said no. In closing we were treated good but didn't like the way we were presented the financial deal. It was late when we closed and we wanted to do it the next morning. So we would have the exact payoff.

Problem after problem with no follow up what so ever.. Got so bad i asked the owner to reach out and he never did. Was looking to create a long lasting relationship since i have children and my wife was wanting a new vehicle soon and left wishing i had never gave them the benefit of the doubt or purchased a vehicle from them. Warranty issues aside i will never go back and i would never recommend spending your hard earned money with someone who doesn't appeciate it.

Turbo went out at 115,000 miles on my 2013 2500hd Silverado,Sapaugh had my truck for 4 days before completing the job of replacing the turbo. I'm pleased with the service, Ryan kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and was very respectful and professional with the whole process. Unfortunately I was left without a vehicle for 4 days due to the lack of a rental car ( which my warranty covered) and that put me in a tight spot. Besides that inconvenience I'm very happy with the service I received. Thanks , Rick Johnston

We have been very loyal customers for years and bought 4 cars and really like this place. But we had to bring my truck in for safety. Inspection and were treated realy bad we were lied to and miss lead over almost a 2 week period we have had such a bad experience that we will not be byeing anymore vehicles or get our cars repaired here anymore.

We went out of our way to schedule an oil change. When my wife took the car in it took two hours for this service. What is the use of scheduling an appointment if it does not lessen your time waiting on your vehicle? It would have been 1 star except for the fact that the change was free of charge since it was within the two year servicing agreement from the purchase date of the car.

We were on a road trip back home when my 2018 traverse had its fuel pump go bad. We managed to get to Sapaugh for an emergency repair that I was totally unprepared for. Preston and the rest of the service department were amazing. They got my traverse diagnosed and repaired for me without worry, updated me every step of the way and worked with my original Chevy dealership to get everything done. I almost always have a positive experience here. Staff is very professional and speak very clearly to you about what is wrong with your car and how much it's going to cost to get you right. They do their best to work with you on price. They always have snacks/drinks for oil change customers who wait, everything is always very clean and orderly, and everyone is always very professional. We have bought something like 10 cars from them over the years. The fact that we went back to buy 10 cars over the years ....should tell you enough.

I have always had a good experience at Sapaugh. They always get me the best deal. This last time I worked with Jeff and it was the easiest stress free experience I’ve ever had to buy a car .. I went to Jim butler the day before just to see even though I knew better .. and of course I was told I couldn’t get the car I wanted and they gave me the whole story about they are number one blah blah and walked into Sapaugh and it was such a different feel I wasn’t stopped ten times from my car to the front door from different salesmen like at Jim butler. I left Sapaugh with a brand new car thousand of dollars in rebates off the price of my car and 2 years of free oil changes!!! Don’t waste your time going anywhere else

Getting warranty work done on Chevy 2500. Dealership employees were, quick, friendly, and understanding. Let's just hope these headlamps quit fogging up. Thanks Sapaugh! Update: Our 2500 had another issue with a fogged up headlight a while back. Sapaugh had no problem covering this under warranty and it was quick. We now have a vibration in the truck while driving, we will be leaving the truck with them this week so hopefully they get this figured out. Warranty will hopefully take care of this again since there are only 18,000 miles on the truck. There is significantly more brake dust on the passenger front wheel so maybe it's a brake dragging or something. I'll definitely keep this updated after I get the truck back. UPDATE: After it was all said and done, the truck still had a horrible vibration. I took it upon myself to put new tires on (same size) which messed with my warranty, dealership basically had a reason to stop the work because they literally couldn't figure out where the vibration was coming from. Sold it, bought a Ford. That's the 1st Chevy I have ever owned and will be my last. It's sad because it was a good pulling, comfortable, and good looking. That's fine though, we are getting our Ford F-250 with the 7.3L Godzilla motor. I'm confident this truck will last many years to come.

I have tried to get my car worked on since buying it last November in 2020. I purchased and extended warranty and sapaugh refuses to stand behind the warranty. So I took it to dodge dealership and I am having the same problem til now. The dodge dealership is working on my behalf now. We will see what happens next. I will never buy anything from sapaugh as long as I'm alive. I recommend not buying from them. The man who sold me the warranty should be held accountable for this. Typical salesman.

Everything was great as usual; would have been nice if I was asked if I wanted a car wash. Also when I asked why one of my brake calibers was starting to rust when the other 3 were fine plus the malibu only has 12500 miles seemed just implying that was normal was blowing my concern off. My 2015 terrain has 110000 miles and no rust on any of the brake calibers.

Nice selection of vehicles and very convenient, greeted with a smile, but with a cost. I had to constantly stay on the technicians for oil changes, argue with my warranty, got the run around alot when it came to a question with 10 different answers... Many times I often wondered if they worked here. No joke. I bought another car , do what ya gotta do, but most likely won't be taking it back here for any work to be done.

We really enjoyed the no pressure, laid back experience. It made it feel like we were empowered and owning our decisions. Mike was there immediately each time we had a question and responded quickly. Best experience we have had at a dealership!

I've had really good luck with the vehicles we've purchased from them. Because of there service department I can't give them 5 stars, it is HORRIBLE. Got our car back with scratches on the rear view mirror and I've made appointments and have still had to wait for over 3 hours. REDICULACE! Or after an oil " it more due to the type of oil it needs" I would have liked to have known that in advance!

Pretty bad. Made an appointment for a basic oil change and tire rotation, for 12:00. Dropped it off around 9:30 to give the shop plenty of time as we were leaving town around 2 p.m...made that very clear when I spoke with the service advisor...he assured me it would be done well before 2 p.m. I called at 1:40 p.m. to check the status and somehow it needed another 30-40 minutes...so basically they hadn't even touched it yet. Joyce at the service desk was extremely nice, I did meet with the service manager who was nice as well. He owned that it took much longer than it should have, I appreciate the ownership. Unfortunately we were late leaving which made our arrival time later than we had hoped for. In the end it would have been nice to know why such a simple service took over 2.5 hrs...I'll be back solely bc of Joyce, the world could use more people just like her. Service manager was ok too, nothing over the top but he did own the mistake.

I came in for oil change and tire rotation. Tires pressure was not set correctly, everything else seems to be done properly except the recall for the spare tire jack restricts the cargo only to the top level. Maybe that should get reevaluated.

I brought my 2018 Silverado in for the 15,000 maintenance schedule. I informed the service receptionist that I was concerned about a intermittent clunking noise I was hearing in the suspension when I would enter a driveway, over certain bumps at low speeds. When the Technicians were finished with the 15,000 maintenance and diagnosing the suspension issue, the receptionist paged me and informed me that there was a TSB on the suspension noise about installing cushion pads in the rear leaf springs, and the parts were being ordered. I was also informed by the receptionist that I will be contacted when the parts department receives the parts to schedule an appointment to make the repair. In my opinion the Service Department did a great job, and a thorough job in a timely manner, (2 hours). I myself am a 31 year veteran Automotive Technician and know 1st. hand what it takes to make customers happy, and keep them happy. They also offered to wash my truck while I was there. I appreciate that!!!! AWESOME Service Department!!!

I have dealt with Sapaugh's for almost 20 yrs. There is a reason for that. Your employees are exceptional! Customer service still exists at Sapaugh's.

Great experience at Sapaugh! From the time we walked in for our scheduled appointment to the time we left we were treated with respect. We loved our current vehicle (2020 Kia Telluride SX) but needed some more towing power for our new trailer. We looked around and Sapaugh had the best deal hands down. Dave Fisher was our salesman so please go see him if you need anything. He got us the vehicle we wanted for the price we wanted. Even got us exactly the number we asked for our trade. They are quite a drive for us living in IL but we will be back as it’s worth the drive.

I took my truck here for a recall since it was conveyed to me that they were the best service shop for lifted trucks. The staff there were great, Nick Ellison was a professional and kept me informed, even the shuttle driver was personable and we had a great conversation going to and from the shop. I look forward to bringing my truck back here when I’m ready to install a supercharger. If you have a lifted truck that needs work, this is the place to go!

Rich Konold worked with me on the deal for my Colorado ZR2 and it could not gone more smoothly. The truck was waiting on chips for a while and he was diligent in following up with GM regarding its status. When I came to pick up the truck, it was immaculate and ready to go. The paperwork process didn’t take long at all. I drove 4 hours from Memphis, TN to get this truck and I would gladly do it again when I need another Chevy.

Salesman and finance guy were great, salesman asked if the truck was clean I told him it had been filthy since I took it on my test drive (looked like it was being used before I got it). While I was signing papers told me it would be taken around back to have the inside and outside cleaned finished signing papers went out to see truck and looked like they used dirty water to wash outside and besides removing the plastic on the carpet that was only thing done to the inside Edit** manager called me and is getting it corrected, the service is is wonderful!

My sales person was Steven and I can’t say enough great things about him. I looked at two different models of vehicles and he was extremely knowledgeable about both. He was patient with me while I decided which vehicle I thought would be the best fit for my family. Steven answered every silly question I had about my vehicle with kindness and a smile. Made an appointment 2 days prior to an oil change and safety & emissions test . Appointment was for 10:30 AM got there at 10:15 and they were done just about 1:10 PM . Almost 3 hours, went to check out we're going to charge me 86.99$ for oil change . When I arrived early in the morning I gave the coupon for 59.95$ for the oil change to the service technician. Make sure you look to invoice before you pay I'll never go back there again.

Made an appointment for 10:30 am. Arrived at 10:15 am but didn't leave until 12:35 pm. This was for a routine oil change & tire rotation. No updates were given, no reason for delay. I had to go ask about status. For the price we pay for dealership services, customer service should be better. At this point, I'm not sure I will be returning.

The service manager (Preston Odom) went out of his way to discover what was wrong, research possible recalls, and giving me a military discount to top it off. Here’s the kicker, I showed up late (5 mins till the closed service for the day), and he still showed me kindness without any show of irritation and even thanked me for my service. This place is very underhanded. Sold a new truck right out underneath me. Talked to salesman (Patrick) got appraisal on my trade in and the sales manager was informed of my deal with salesman from appraiser. (. Follow up. ) There is no reason for this to have happened. This Manager (Joe) sold the truck I had traded for. Guess the fact that my truck trade in was a one owner, bought from Sapaugh after the auto show in St Louis, MO doesn’t mean a thing to get a repeat customer. Never again ever. So underhanded no sorry or apologize can fix this.

Our experience was perhaps a little different. We live north of Milwaukee, WI. I found while looking on line your dealership had the truck I was looking for. I was fortunate to connect with Jim (who was awesome to work with). Our 14 hour round trip was worth it and had an enjoyable experience. Would recommend your dealership to anyone!! I’ve been very loyal to the dealership since purchasing my Acadia but have yet to be impressed. The wait times are awful, even for scheduled services. My last visit was an expensive one, 4 new tires and an oil change and I received my car with a broken $30 GPS mount. That no one told me about, just broken hanging out in my cup holder. Pretty disappointing.

The Service department is under as much labor shortages ,as well as parts shortages as the rest of the entire world due to our "Covid crisis."However my Service Advisor, Preston,was knowledgeable, professional and did everything to make sure what repairs were done in timely fashion along with my billing and pre authorization was done correctly to assure my extented warranty covered costs that were in agreement. The mechanic did a great job as well as the shuttle driver that picked me up.Ive been dealing with Saughpa for many years now and will for many more.

Only reason I would go back or refer anyone to Sapaugh Motors is due to close proximity and normally a large selection of vehicles to choose from. I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation, I show up 10 minutes early to the appointment and I ended up waiting 30+ minutes for an advisor. He takes all my information I go wait in the waiting room he comes back15 minutes later and tells me it's going to be over 2.5+ hours until they can get my vehicle done. He asked me to reschedule which was an inconvenience for me due to work schedule. I come back and I wait an hour to drop off my truck, making me late for work. I was given a rental vehicle and the lady that gives it to me says it has 3/4 tank of gas so please bring it back with that or more. In fact it had under half a tank... I was told it would take 6 hours to do the oil change, tire rotation and a recall. Never got a call saying my vehicle was done. I work in construction and I take a company a company vehicle from the shop to different job sites. I called the shop asking if they were done with my truck and what time they closed. I was told 6pm, so I had to leave a job site early go back to shop grab loaner then drive to Sapaugh Motors before 6pm. I called and told them I wasn't sure if I can make it there by then but could by 6:10. I asked if they could have someone stay so we could swap vehicles and they asked me to come the next morning, I work at 6:30am, tried to drive my truck to my work but I'm not there during the day I'm out at job sites and I don't want someone driving my truck, asked if I could make it by 6pm the next day. I show up right at 6pm. They tried to charge me $81 for pulling something out of my tire, I purchased the wheel and tire warranty when I bought the truck new 3 months ago.

I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and this dealership ranks right at the top of all that I have bought from! I was an out of town buyer that due to recent weather issues I was unable to travel the 300 miles to the dealership for two weeks after I agreed to purchase and gave the dealership a deposit. During the two weeks, my salesman called or texted me numerous time to assure me the dealership understood, and urged me to wait until it was safe! I finally got my truck home safe and sound and could not be happier!

Received several calls from different ppl about the vehicle asking me to come see and test drive H3. Even received 2calls today 6/12/2019 @ 12:33pm & 330pm to come see the Hummer H3. I drove an hour long usually lonng due to traffic. Meet with Jeff the finance person fillled out application. When he called for me to test drive car he was informed Hummer H3 was sold. I wanted to cry because thats what i drive a long way for in the rain. Jeff was nice about it. Jeff offered me to look for another car. But my mind and heart was set on that vehicle. They need to update their inventory daily and let each other know what vehicle they have available Oncr a salesman sale a vehicle he should scratch it off a inventory list that all the salesmen should received. I have a Mercedes and have always maintained it. My Service Advisor, Steven, went the extra mile today, offered me the B5 maintenance on the Mercedes and explained to me in lay terms all the steps. I am extremely pleased. Everybody is so professional and courteous, on top of that you feel at home. I was also impressed with how Sapaugh took care of my son's Audi. Needless to mention the great service on our American cars.
