The above review is being edited bc now that I have been dealing with them for a while I can say if u wanna be harassed by a company after speaking with them about ur payment this company is for you!!! We are in the middle of a pandimic people are litterally laid off... And this company unlike all the others STILL wants your payment... I spoke to someone 2 weeks ago and told them I was working on getting them the $$ and she said ok... Since speaking to her I have recieved 2 to three phone calls everyday as well as a txt or two.. And then today in my mail I get a letter pretty much summing it up saying if I dont make my payment by a certain day they will take my car ... This is horrible. So the world is shut down and this company wants to take ur car to get THEIR money making life so much worst than it is after being laid off and having to struggle to feed ur kids while u can't work. Such an awrsome company to be dealing with. So this is not the only problem I have had with them they are a terrible company to deal with go somewhere else. Don't deal with them. They will be the worst loan u ever gotten....

I just wanted to say Lauren gierer was awesome an she stuck it out with me to make sure I got want I needed..she went above an beyond to do those things..ms.pat was rude an Rele didn’t seem like she cared if I received the loan or not.I felt like she profiled me with all my tattoos an I felt like she didn’t want me to get the loan.But ms Lauren she was positive an stuck it threw with me..she deserves to have her own store..

I worked with Gina Quentin in the Gravois Bluffs Fenton location and some of my paperwork took a few days to do so it all came back on me for being maybe slower than I should be but she was a patient and just always in a good mood a pleasure to work with very kind person and it’s in house and rules so to speak of all this very up on her game again just a real pleasure to work with him and very much appreciated
