I went to this location as I had misplaced my Universe Silver Debit card. Since, I was going to arrive near closing time I called ahead of time and spoke with one of the staff members, Tina - who was courteous, crisp and quicky understood the need of my situation.. When I arrived 10 minutes before closing I noticed this location had taken preventive measures in ine with CDC's ongoing mitigation guidance on COVID-19 for businesses! Sensing my urgency, Tina had nd already prepared the needed paperwork to reduce waiting times. As I was being helped, it became past their 6 pm closing time. However, the card issuer who was on the phone with Tina and myself, was taking time to go through her process. Tina noticed I was getting anxious. After gauging my anxiety, she smiled and said 'We will take care of you no matter how long this takes, I will make sure you walk out of this door with your replacement card . Tina delivered on her promise! Seldom iI see such professional, friendly, knowledgeable and superb customer focused service. I recommend this location, it's staff, more specifically Tina and her co-worker for their sincere work!
