The person I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable and walked me through all the steps I needed to apply. She explained the payment schedule which was very reasonable. Very glad to have gone with Blue Frog. I like the name too!

At first, when I called and tried to reschedule my loan due dates the rep acted like he didn't understand what I was saying. Once I sent my bank statement and pay stubs to get things straightened out, one of their supervisors called me back. He was awesome. So far, I have no complaints!

Blue Frog was quick and easy to deal with. Many lenders have way too many hoops that you need to jump through. Blue Frog doesn't require a lot. The application was simple. The only drawback was that they gave me a lot less than I had asked for.
