Jen is AMAZING!! Come in to see her at the Arnold location! They offer Title Loans and Personal Loans! You don't even need a title to get a loan, PERFECT! Easy terms for a quick, short financial bandaid! They also have a referral program! Refer family and friends and get $50 with each referral that comes in and gets a loan. All they have to do is mention your name! Titlemax is GREAT!!

I came in with someone who was getting loan. Jessica is so sweet and funny. She explained everything with great detail. She didn’t leave my boyfriend with pressure to accept the loan. If I need a loan at some point she’s the person I will be requesting to go through.

We came in for notary services, which TitleMax does not charge for, and received excellent customer service from Jennifer Rice. She provided her expertise in navigating the form and also made sure our little kids were entertained while we took care of the paperwork. She is lovely, joyful and makes you leave feeling good. I went to this TitleMax bright and early on a Saturday. Jennifer was there to help me. I thought I had everything I needed. I was wrong. Jennifer was there for me. I thought I was doomed and could not get the loan I needed. She worked with me for almost 3 hours . And was there for me at the DMV . The next day. I have never had such wonderful customer service and help at anyplace in a long time!!. I highly recommend this place if you are ever in need .
