Was very respectful and polite. She was doing a very great job with training the new guy Joe and did a great job explaining things to him as they moved through the loan process. She was also very respectful and did an a amazing job at informing us each step of the way and making sure we understood everything. I would recommend anyone going to the Arnold mo title max and letting Joe and Maddie Stewart the manager of the store will help u any way they can and do a very very good job

Madeline was a great help but my overall complaint was it took time to get loan approval. Longer than the 30 minutes But Madeline was very patient and took care of me

These ladies are absolutely fabulous!!! I came in just to ask for information and they were so informative and helpful that I ended up leaving with the money I desperately needed!! I had my little girl with me and they gave her snacks and played with her while I signed my loan documents and were so sweet to her! This was the best experience I have ever had!! If I can help one person it’s worth it. Let me tell you this first, the reason the rating are so high is because they tell people to give them a rating when they get a loan. Sure when you’re walking out with money in your hand you feel good. Let me tell you what comes after that though. Getting this loan was the biggest mistake I have made financially. I’ve paid back the loan through payments but the interest rate is so high I can’t catch up. If I could go back I would never have done this knowing what I know now. I’ve paid thousands of dollars back and I still owe the amount I got the loan for because of the interest rate. The stress is unbearable. I strongly recommend to find another way if you can before you end up like me!

I just wanted to update on my last review. I just signed up for the TitleMax app and it was the easiest thing to do. Also to make payments on there was easy as 123! I highly suggest downloading the app. Also I have to give a Huge THANK YOU to Nikki. She has been amazing and very understanding with everything that has gone on with me.
