I came in Saturday around 1pm on 6/13/2022 Destiny B (General manger) not only went out her way and was very professional, she made made me feel like I was family as if I could tell her my deepest darkest secrets. She greeted me with open arms and did not treat me like a dollar sign and wanted my car, she was there for me at my darkest moment. This is my 2nd time using title max and that store, and I would like to add I don’t do reviews that often but I felt like I can take my time out to give D.B. her “flowers” when due. Keep up the good work please don’t hesitate to reach out to me and I was not made to do any reviews or say this statement. Destiny keep up the hard work! Keep shining and grinding out there.

I have gotten 3 title loans from Villa Rica location and has always had a good experience until this 3rd time have to deal with Tina she had my car repod before my 30 days were up tried to cheat me out of my money telling me that I owe 806.00 when I only had to pay 504.00 and she was very rude as me being the customer she would cut me off while I would try to talk tell me I'm wrong with my information and over talk me. Luckily Emeka the store manager came to my rescue he was so professional and was a wonderful help for me to retrieve my vehicle. I really appreciated his help and professionalism. Tina needs to be reported and fired and I think I'll be the one to report her.

I spoke with Tina Myers today and wow what a wonderful help she was today! I paid off my loan on my phone app and didn't come in to pick up the release of the lien (didn't remember to do this). She was kind enough to remove the lien here a year later. She even helped by offering to send the release to the appropriate address where it needed to go to avoid a trip I couldn't make as I'm out of town. This is service with a smile. I wish I can give her 10 stars!!!! Love this place....
