Today I had the pleasure of working with Jay. From the time I entered the establishment I was greeted and welcomed with professionalism. From start to finish I was in and out of the establishment within 45 minutes. I received the amount I asked for and was thoroughly explained the terms and conditions of my loan and my contract. I initially chose this particular location because of the help, care and concern I was shown when I initially called and spoke with Destiny. I would recommend this location to anyone, I had a great experience.

I was confused about how to even begin the process so I decided to come by and ask a few questions. I was very pleased with the service and promptness from the staff. Destiny and Ren both were very knowledgeable on what steps I’d need to take and assured me that they could help me at any point if I had questions. They were patient and friendly! If I need any business of this sort in the future, this is the only store I’d use, simply because the service was superb!!

She explained to me that they are here to help, she listened and created a peaceful process. She moved quickly and efficiently. She gave me her card and told me managing my account was her priority to call anytime. She gave me a couple of referral cards. $50...what? That’s awesome I’m telling everyone.
