If I can give this place a zero I would ok. I was told that I didn’t have the correct paper work for a loan that I was approved for. They were very aggressive and hostile towards me when I asked for a supervisor. Tameka Johnson was very rude and unprofessional who also treated me as though I was a criminal. She also stated that I needed something from her like this wasn’t her JOB. The minute I stepped outside there office. A so called supervisor called me from a BLOCKED NUMBER saying they can’t help me. I never knew a supervisor blocking there phone number on a call. I will be reporting this to corporate because honestly you should never treat a human being in that manner especially if there doing business at your office. If you look run down and have some type of class about yourself, you can forget about it. Jealousy at your finest!

Tameka Johnson was great with assisting me with my application process and my loan. She explained everything throughly and stayed professional throughout the entire process despite the busy day and numerous calls coming through.

I had them in Alabama so I figured they would be good here. Boy was I wrong. So I pay my account online so I pay like one or two days late depending on when it falls and when my check hit. I'm not sure how it work here but ik in Alabama you have 10 days before it's considered late anyways to make a long story apparently I have all kinds of late fees that they just let accumulate cause when I was paying one or two days late the late fee wasn't showing up so I assumed I only owe what I normally paid. As I told them when I pay this off I will not be dealing with them again.

I love going in the MLKing location. They are professional..... however the atmosphere is just right. Professionally taking care of business, but laughter and fun thereby making you feel real comfortable. I've referred people, because of the atmosphere, and the comfort intertwined with professionalism. Me. Angel is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! They need more Angels 😇😇
