Patriot Pawn-N-Shop Hardee St, Dallas

I used their FFL services. Very quick and easy. Friendly staff and clean facility. I took a minute to look over the store and it seems as though they have something for everyone. Very impressed at the variety of merchandise. I will definitely visit again soon.

I am in the market for a new firearm and was told I should give Patriot Pawn a look. I walked in on Saturday and walked over to the gun counter and browsed for about 15 minutes. There were three people behind the counter and no one else in the shop when I came in. I was never greeted even though I stood at the counter and waited for someone to acknowledge I was even there. After 15 minutes I left. I will not consider or recommend this establishment in the future.

Love it!!! Love the inventory love the people. Only set back is the female that works there seems to have a bad attitude and can come off a little judgmental. Other than that absolutely love that place.

I arrived there about 5 minutes before some other people arrived, me and my father was looking at some AR's to purchase. BUT then came some other folks and they helped them out before serving us. Completely ignored me and my fathers business. shame.

I pawned my 5k Shane co wedding set for either 250$ or 300$ I can’t remember, right after covid started and my husband was laid off. His unemployment was messed up by his employer and we never saw anything until august. It was pawned at 10% interest. My payments were around 33$. I called in a week or two late one month to make a payment and paid 100$ for the month I was late and to apply to the next month payment. When I called in the next time for a payment and to see how much to get it back I was told I couldn’t get my ring out (which would have been 1 month and 2 days late). I was told my payment for 100$ barely covered the payment for that one month. They held it for 1 month and I never called so I was 2 days late from being able to keep my ring. So the month that was suppose to be covered by the 100$ payment was “unpaid” and I would not be able to have my ring back. Then I find out the payments CANT change. So now I feel my 5k wedding band set was stolen from me by patriot pawn. I have pawned my ring there more than once and always got it back. My regular interest payments were around 100$. But I was told due to covid they were doing a special with 10-% interest . No matter what I was told I couldn’t have my 5000$ Shane company ring back. I pawned my ring so I could feed my 4 children and in return patriot pawn stole my wedding band set.

We are frequent shoppers here and we have a great experience each and every time. Staff is very friendly and always helpful. We bought a tv here 4 years ago and it is still going with no issues.

Christian owned and operated is not just a sales pitch with these folks! I was there shopping once when a single mother came in with a ring that tested fake, they let her keep it, and gave her 100 bucks out of the owners own pocket!! I’ve seen them completely stop business to pray with numerous people. Aside from being owned and managed by great men, the staff are super helpful! Great prices and selection.

Bobby and Alese were great to work with at the pawn shop! I was able to look at multiple 9mm handguns and discuss what was best for my needs. It was great to have their experience and feedback! I walked out with a great deal on a Glock 19! Thanks!

I’ve bought 2 firearms from there. Every time I go in they have a great attitude, and do whatever they can to help and offer their insight- I feel like they actually want to make people people feel comfortable- which isn’t like most pawn shops in my experience. 10/10 would and do recommend them even if it’s just general questions.

These people are the best, unfortunately I found myself in a position where I needed cash quickly. I pawned a few items, they gave me a great price, interest was reasonable and they were So friendly and professional. Once I get in a better situation, and need any of the items they sell. I will definitely be back, Thanks for making me feel like a customer instead of a lower class person.

No one likes to pawn their personal belongings. This is NO normal pawn shop. This is a FAMILY, and they make you feel like family. When times are tough, go see them. In the years I've been coming to them, I've not only come back repeatedly for my needs, short or long term, but have purchased items from them with better deals than....ANYWHERE. Their selection is almost as unbeatable as their prices!!!

These guys are awesome to do all business with. I've bought and sold all sorts of stuff with these guys and never had a bad experience. I cruise thru at least once a week to see what they got. Aleece, is probably my favorite to deal with on the day to day business but all of them are great!
