Had some unexpected auto repairs that needed to be done, so I went here in hopes of being able to get the funds needed. Mierra who is the GM was so helpful. She was able to get me the most available while making sure I stayed within my budget for monthly payments so I could pay everything off quickly. Even though they were busy they didn't rush through things. She took the time to explain everything & answer any questions I had. The others in the office also made it a point to talk with me as I was waiting for things to process. Everyone at this location is very nice. They also understand unexpected things happen & go above & beyond to help each customer.

Tobias Clements the General Manager was very helpful, informative, professional, patient, friendly and quick. He got me in and out funds dispersed right away. They are awesome.

She acknowledged me and said she would be right with me. She was very professional and personable. Ms. Bonnie explained everything to me. I've worked in customer service for over 20 year's in NYC.
