I haven't ever been disappointed with their services. I have been a customer for multiple years and 10+ loans great employees, friendly professional and caring. If 20 stars were available I would give them 20 stars. Heather Reese

Store Manager Kametra Harris is very rude and unprofessional. I am a new customer and came into office today for a loan. Kametra took me through the ringer and asked too many questions. She even spoke with supervisor over the phone and I heard everything. Kametra wasn't even discreet about it. She made it seem as if I gave her fake documents that my manager clearly printed out. I even told her to call my manager and she would confirmed she printed out documents. I arrived at the office at 2:35 and left the office a approximately 4:00. The bank was closed by then. This is no way to treat a new customer ever!!!! Will never go back to this location. I have experience in the loan world and would never treat a new or existing customer in this way. Work on your terrible attitude please. Still waiting to speak with her supervisor.

Very friendly, courteous and excellent customer service! I came prepared with the items I was asked to bring in The office staff were very efficient and took care of everything in a very timely manner. Safe/ social distancing was adhered and I felt very comfortable being there. I will definitely recommend someone to come to this company!
