Sergio was very very nice! he was super helpful with my first loan and it makes me want to come back here when i need the help. this loan being my very first loan i was pretty nervous with what would come and what would come after especially but he was so helpful with explaining everything and letting us know the right things to do to ensure my loan was paid off in time and properly! i can't stress enough how sweet and helpful they were here and that coming back would be an easy thing to do.

Sergio took the pictures of my truck while Mrs. Leslie helped me with the application process and explained the loan and making sure I know the process. Well every since I needed a loan for my car I had problems at place then I went to title Max and met Mayra and she was easy to talk to and she help me to understand everything I needed to know with out making feel like I'm getting scammed or something. And I feel the company did a great job by hiring her. Next time I need a loan, this the place I'll be coming to from now on.
