Then went on to be as RUDE as humanly possible. I feel horrible for this tight knit group of girls who have worked so hard to make this bank so approachable, and such an integral part of the community. My God, what they must be going through working under this new wretched manager. I can only imagine that it is one of those "Who ya know," job placements. The lack of professionalism, was absolutely appalling!! I can't imagine that the new manager will last much longer. If she does, I am pulling my accounts and going elsewhere.
I hope TD Bank knows just how detrimental and costly one bad manager can be. I have had managers in my own business who talked a great game when I was there, but when I would leave they were all but abusing the employees.
