The last few months have been hard on me financially. This was my first time here and I know where to go if I need some cash. Maddie was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was so friendly and just her conversing with me made my awful day much better. It's hard these days to find people who care and give you wonderful customer service. Thank you Maddie!

Paige is Phenomenal!! any time I come to this pawnshop I deal with her directly she’s professional, knowledgeable and funny :) I’ll go out of my way to drive to any location she may be working at, just to buy from from her . Best place to go if your trying to get actual help! I've been to a few pawn shops but once I found this one I've never been to any other one! Honest nice people straight forward in and out like a fast food place! And ooh yeah their firearm selection is crazy right now anything you need! Go check them out I highly recommend!!!!

I’ve had to visit this place a few times seeking financial relief! Of course, I wasn’t at my best on those such occasions, am extremely grateful for the service I received. I was assisted by Lorena and can say with confidence she would greet everyone with a smile. It’s important, to me, that businesses that help us in these instances handle me with care-they did. I enjoy coming to this National Pawn because the staff is always eager to help. I had the pleasure to interact with Cliff on my last visit and left your store feeling great. He not only was courteous and friendly, but extremely professional and knowledgeable. He is the reason why I continue to come back !!!

I can't even begin to tell you what great people the guys and gals at National Pawn & Jewelry are. I had to pawn my bicycle to eat a few months ago and they have been wonderful in being flexible, but also being very considerate because they knew how passionate I was about my bike . They could've taken my bike and made a lot money on it but thankfully they didn't. Pawn shops are generally not good experiences, but these guys are great and I HIGHLY recommend them for good prices and moreso for their great customer service !

This place I happened to find by luck. The employees are so friendly and helpful it's so nice. They are very patient, have a great attitude and seem to be happy to help and be there. From the receipt the employee that helped me was named Joe. He was so friendly and didnt mind answering my many questions. They have very nice items in the store. And sales!!! Amazing sales!!! I highly suggest checking this awesome place out. Huge variety.

Staff was very welcoming and professional, it is very clean and tidied up. Helped me out with the items I wanted to sell. Overall, one of the better pawn shops I have been to.

Came in to sell some electronics I never use anymore. Super quick and fair pricing. Employees were super personable and to the point. Honestly wouldn’t even bother with the other pawn shops in the area. Come here if you’re tired of getting ripped off lol

Have been here twice to sell some old video games and jewelry now. Both times the service was quick and friendly. Fair offers given both times, definitely will be back if I need to sell some more of my stuff.

I called the store and spoke to one of the ladies. I was interested in one of the plasma cutter. Before I went I asked if I could try it before buying and the lady said, yes. Then, I went to pick it up and when I got there another lady took care of me. When she brought the machine I asked if I could try it. She said, yes go ahead. I thought she was joking then I asked her where was the outlet for that plug. Remember, this is a 220v machine. She points at the outlets by the counter. These outlets are 110v and then I asked for the compressor and she told me they didn’t have one. 🤣 I was like, these people don’t know what they’re doing.... but I still bought the machine for $160. All it needed was some consumables.🤣

These 5 stars go to pawn broker MG1 he went that extra mile to help me out. Excellent customer service acknowledged me when I walked we walked in unfortunately I can not say the same for Assistant Manager not even a hello or eye contact even so that I was in front of him,

I have been a customer for over 3 years now and that’s only thanks to Rob that has always been a help and has made a difference in my life as far as saving me when i’ve needed help and times her rough. He has the sweetest heart and always puts his customers first and understands the struggles we can face. He had even gone out of his way to reach out to me to help me and he is one of the ones that is there pretty much everyday. He is definitely management material. I can’t imagine how much better that place would be if he ran the place and was management!! Thank you Rob for all you do! Linda...

The entire crew there is the best I’ve ever dealt with. Maddie , Ruben , Chris , Paige & my favorite Cliff! They are all helpful , they call Me they see something I might like ...they always take such good care of me. I go look no where else.

Honesty from the start about the cost and respectful. I bought an hp workstation and it came as described. Only reason I gave the store 4 stars is that it’s unrealistic to say there wasn’t anything that could’ve been improved but overall I was very satisfied with my purchase and I would buy and sell with them again in the future.

Carlos was very nice and helpful with the process. Quick and easy, and he worked on getting me the best deal possible for what I needed. They have a safe and friendly environment, which was a relief because I was a bit nervous about going in by myself. Thank you!

Outstanding job in-service I was in and out in no time at all. The girls did a wonderful job helping me as usual. Thank you buckeyes for keeping us safe and reminding us to wear our mask.

Just sold several pieces of jewelry I haven’t worn in ages; got a very fair price and the process was very quick and easy. They are polite and professional, and I appreciated getting some cash on hand! Going to look through my jewelry box and see what else I can part with and go back!
