When I needed help I applied and got a call right back with approval. Quick in and out process I even renewed my loan a couple of times. They work with you even if your late on a payment they will understand your situation just have to call and talk to them. Also the more referrals you put in the more cash in your pocket when you least expect it.

If you plan on ever being late on your payment OR switching/having a lapse in your insurance...DONT use EXCEL....They do not PLAY and they will pick your car up for any reason they can think of. They call your insurance company MONTHLY to make sure your policy is active. IF your insurance is not active EVEN IF all your payments are on time...they are taking your car. I have been paying on my car for over 2 years now...It comes out of my account direct deposit and I had a problem with them in the beginning of my loan b/c I switched bank accts and my payment ended up being a week late and they harassed me EVERY single day...threatened to pick up my car. I came in and made the payment in cash and they charged me a 30 NSF fee b/c they payment was in cash and not debited out of my bank acct. Then about a year later... I switched insurance companies and didn't notify them...I got a nasty call saying there were going to pick up my car for no insurance...which was total BS b/c I had insurance but switched companies. Bottom line....I would not recommend them...
