I needed a loan a few years ago and my sister recommended me to payment 1 financial on I-35 and Stassney Ln. I talked to Letty and she is wonderful. She explains all interest rates all payments everything you need to know. She also calls every now and then to make sure you are happy with the service. Or if you would like to refinance. I am happy with this location ! If you need a loan go talk to Letty and she will help you the best way she can!

Wanted to take the time to thank both Alex & Letty for great customer service. It is not always a good feeling when you are in need of money but they sure did make me feel warm, stress free and comfortable. I highly recommend everybody that needs an affordable loan to go to Payment 1 Financial!!!

A family style business and always willing to help. Letty is awesome and makes you feel like a human not like other loan places whom ask for your first child. I have referred my friends in time of need and Letty has taken care of them with a smile.

This is the worst place to get a loan from. Letty is so Rude she hung up on me twice while I was talking to her. No customer service skills what so ever. Alex is rude as well trying to force me to renew almost everytime to start a new balance with them. I cant believe that there is no one with a higher command that I am able to speak to. Letty keeps telling me that there is no one else above her which is a lie. Jake is surely above Letty and Alex which are two horrible people. But I still can't speak to him about the matter. These people do not care about you. All they want is all your money. Please go some where else to get a loan if your in need. They are very expensive as well to payback. There nice at first in order to suck everyone in. Update:You guys are absolutely ridiculous this whole company is just a joke! Alex, Letty nobody has ever got in contact with me. Letty hung up on me 2 different times. I have emailed and called office. I even called a different office to speak to Jake and nobody can seem to have him call me. You guys can't answer my e-mails back but you guys have the balls to go online and message me some BS you are hilarious(Alex) I don't see how you guys are helping me by increasing my loan $500 more and extending me to 10 months again to pay off(Alex). How is that quicker and cheaper payments funny very funny. Get your facts straight. I have screen shots of call logs and emails that have never been responded to that I will post online. So everyone can see what liars you guys are. All in all its my fault for getting a loan at this horrible place. I would never go back to this unprofessional place. Update # 2: It's funny how you changed your original sarcastic post after I said I have screen shots to prove you guys are liars. I took a screen shot of the original response you wrote for my review online as well. I have sent emails that have never been responded to.

Payment 1 is the best loan company i have ever done business with. They take the time to explain everything in detail and make sure you are satisfied. Easy payment plans and they definitely help your credit! Highly recommend!

I would give zero stars if I could!!!! Don’t go here. They will tell you one thing and even give you paperwork and do completely the opposite!!!!! They have withdrawn double payments from my account consecutive weeks. No warnings, nothing, they just take twice as much on dates you don’t agree on. When you call to tell them they say they are reversing it but they don’t. They have done it to me on multiple occasions!!!! Stay away from this place. There are other options and I can’t wait to just be done with them!!!!!

This is the best place you can find if you have a money emergency or if you’re looking into building or fixing your credit. They have the best customer service. Letty is always very friendly and willing to help.

Payment 1 finance has been there for me over the years, They are very friendly, Letty is always helpful. As will as Alex, I would suggest payment 1 finance as a selected loan company affordable payment plans, Afford payment plan for title loans and low interest. Thanks for all the help over the years!

Payment 1 on Stassney and 35 is a great place to do business. Whether you have good credit or trying to rebuild. The staff, Letty and Alex are awesome. They are so understanding and friendly like family, actually better than family. They don’t reprimand you if your payment is going to be late. The give great advice as far as rebuilding your credit. It’s like having your own personal accountant. They let you know if you are due for an increase , or if you have an un planned expense one month they will if possible defer your payment, and no bad marks get put on your credit such as late payment. Just be truthful and upfront with them and they will have your back. I recommend them 1000 percent.

What ever you do dont give them your debit card info! They charged me twice then after calling a dozen times and finally admitting it they offer writing a check which forced me to drive across town. On another note they do not report to the the credit agencies regularly so you pay on a high interest loan with no boost to your credit. I highly recommend going to another company!

I want to take the time to thank Payment 1 Financial for being there for me when other loan companies turned me away. Both employees there are very friendly, great customer service and their monthly payment plans are very affordable! THEY OFFER STARTED LOANS for people with no credit or bad credit! Thank you all.

Thank you Payment 1 for working with me! Alex is very professional as well as his assistant! I was in a high interest title loan with TitleMax and they got me out of there!!
