I felt like she was insinuating I wasn't being truthful about our appointment. She had other bankers at the inside door. Almost as if she was going to need back up. Thankfully and sadly I recorded the incident via voice recording on my phone. All together the experience was bizarre and I am beyond disappointed with my experience. i have tried calling to rectify the situation and cant seem to get through either. Wouldn't recommend !"
