Janie was absolutely 💯 helpful with me in explaining all the terms and payment information. Being very informative making sure I new the importance of not to late on making my payments on time. I also enjoyed the personal experience of talking abouts our families, health and life in general. Didn't feel pressured

This place was decent at first, it was our first time going to a title loan and Victoria was good to us. However on July 5 2022 when my wife had called to see if we can take out extra money, since that was what we have been previously told by Victoria. Dina was extremely rude to my wife over the phone. Being very bland, inconsiderate and putting blame on us for lack of information. My wife had told Dina that we were able to receive more money after the day we went to get our partial title loan. We were told by Dina that "our days were up" and that it was "just our luck" knowing that they were closed the day after, and that it was the Fourth of July the day after they were closed. That's not even 3 full business days. Dina also said when my wife was asking questions in regards to us receive information more money for our title loan, Dina replied "those are questions you should have asked" How do we know what questions to ask when it was our first time being at a title loan ? You guys are supposed to give us all information regardless of how many times a customer has been at your location. You don't have to have a negative tone to be rude to give bad and uninformative customers service. I believe Dina was a clear representative of that. Dina was again, very unprofessional, inconsiderate and disrespectful to how my wife was being treated. It's saddening because at first we had left good reviews because of our experience with Victoria but the fact that it had to be overshadowed by our experience with Dina is very troubling.

Rueben Is Such A Amazing & Happy Go Lucky Soul At Title Max!! He is such a good communicator & have such a big heart. If I could choose from a scale to 1 - 10 I would pick 100 !! He is amazing. It was a blessing meeting him and letting him help me ❤️

LOVEEEE THIS PLACE!!! So friendly and the best service!! Dina is amazing! I was rushing (literally speeding from work on the toll road to make it in today) and got there exactly 5mins to close and she went the extra mile to get my application done and loan processed in just enough time!! Just awesome!

I just paid off a loan I had with Title Max, MANCHACA RD, Austin. They got to be like family to me and I can't express the pleasure it was, in working with them...rather, them working with me!!! I recently had to leave Austin and move back home, to care for my Mother. That transition in itself, was overwhelming!! Not having any pressure of any kind, in regards to my payments and when I would be making one, etc., was one less thing I had to worry about (even though, my payments were on time). That was SO appreciated!! I will forever be thankful to Title Max and in particular, Manchaca Rd location!!! I would highly recommend them, without hesitation!!!!

José was fantastic!!! When a short term loan like this is required, it's usually a stressful time making the loan process stressful too. Believe it or not, Title Max and especially José made it an easy and enjoyable experience!

The worst place ever! They leave out vital information and then blame the customer for not asking. Dina was very rude when I called to get clarification on why would they leave out vital details that effected my family and I tremendously. Dina put the blame on someone who has NEVER HAD A TITLE LOAN. She was so rude that I had to record the conversation for proof. I will be escalating this issue. So unprofessional.

A small business owner forced to scramble for income when my business was put on “pause,” (I refuse to quit), I began to panic like most everyone else in the world. Right now people are vulnerable and are more susceptible to fall prey to fraudulent promises, intricate scams and schemes that promise everything and leave you with more than nothing. An identity theft victim myself, a casualty of the 2017 Equifax Breech, I am fully aware of what unseen, unnamed entities hiding somewhere in the virtual world at a location somewhere between your IP address and banking information, I have little trust left for many things unfortunately. People being one of the first and foremost sources of my skepticism. BUT, as I learned a short time ago, there are still genuinely good people out there who are braving all the current elements, showing up- not just for work , but showing up to actually help others. I never would have believed such a “tale” had it not actually happened to me. Dina San Miguel and Victoria Gutierrez at TitleMax located at 10010 Manchacha Road in Austin, TX are two exceptional individuals who exceed all expectations and go much further than above and beyond for their customers. They were patient, they were exceedingly knowledgeable and explained to me any and every detail of the process ensuring I walked away with the best option and one that would benefit me as opposed to delivering a pre-packaged speech that would leave them coming out far ahead in the end. Their “principal interest,” was protecting my best interest. And you just don’t find people of that level of authenticity and compassion these days. Dina and Victoria are absolutely as real as people could ever be in a “virtual world” of predators, opportunists, and thieves. Thank you both so much for giving me some room to breathe some “safe air,” and for being a lifeline when I was drowning. You are amazing employees, but even beyond that, remarkable human beings. - aelawrence

Great job, Brenda! 12/27/2020 I'm having a bit of an issue trying to make my payment through the app. The app will not allow me to use a card with another person's name on it. I am promoted to elect a one time payment option using this card, but I am not being directed to the correct page to make a "one time payment" as instructed, and I am running out of time before the late charge is assessed. While I can say that the TitleMax folks have been very pleasant to work with, it's very frustrating when the app does not work fluidly and/ or effectively. Please help A.S.A.P. Thank you
