This place is great every time I've gotten here I've had the best experience ever they great with any questions that need to be answered JP has always been a great representative of this shop. Hector has always been polite and upfront with any questions you have with any product pawning or buying. To be honest all the employees here always great ready to answer any questions ready to help out with any answers it always available when busy are always polite. Guys check this place out it's great!!

This place is really all about customer service. Their layaway option is amazing and very good pricing. One of their Staff named Robert is extremely professional and kind! He definitely knows his stuff and value! He is super helpful even when busy. I will definitely be coming back here.

I have always found what I need at National Pawn where tools are in excellent condition at the right prices. I never hesitate to stop by, especially after attending church when my mind is sound and clear in a spiritual sense.

I was taking a chance with this pawn shop, and I’m so glad that I did. Calling beforehand really helped. Melinda was able to assist me, and she was the best person I could’ve asked for. I was trying to pawn a James Avery charm bracelet. She not only appreciated the jewelry, but she gave me more than I thought (she was also wearing a charm bracelet so I knew I came to the right place). Did not realize it was worth that much, since it was my first time pawning. I sold purses (Vera Bradley and Coach) as well, and she gave me fair prices for all of them. AJ was also very kind and helpful while Melinda was appraising my things. Will definitely be coming here in the future if I ever need to pawn or sell something! Ask for Melinda! She’s amazing!!!

I have had a long standing relationship with this company and the manager Hector. This guy is always fair and helpful. I even recommend this establishment to my friends. A very good business !

They are taking COVID-19 seriously at this location. I saw every employee wearing masks, using sanitizer. Melinda was a great help with my purchase. She made sure everything was right before I left the door. This is the second National Pawn and Jewelry in the Austin Metro area I've shopped at and had an awesome experience. Almost everything I've bought has been 10-25% below the marked price which was already really reasonable.

Overall it was a pleasure doing business here, the staff is very knowledgeable of the value of the products coming in, and they price the merchandise accordingly so if you are in need between paychecks come on in and see Hector and the staff, they'll treat you right

I came in to this establishment in a event of a emergency. I needed as much as i could get and that they did! Always giving the public a decent if not more than one should expect. This is now Smart Pawn and Jewelry. I had several pieces of '80's jewelry sitting in my closet for 30 years. I had no idea how much they would be worth. The staff here was very knowledgeable and friendly. The place was spotless and not what you might imagine when you think of a pawn shop. I received a TON of cash, on the spot, for items I never even used. I would highly recommend them. Tania, Mel and AJ all helped out and worked as a team. I give them 5 stars!

I regularly shop pawn shops in the Austin area and this one by far is my favorite. The store is very clean, organized and the selection is far better than most shops. The staff is very friendly and the prices are reasonable. Rob was extremely helpful and worked diligently to replace a lost item for me.

Hector and staff are the best, they go overboard to make the business make me keep returning. I have acquired thing here at prices that I never could have. When I come into the store I am greeted by first name and they let me know when I will be assisted. I feel that I have friends with his crew. Ruben, was my salesman until he was recently promoted to his own store, l can’t wait to see what he is doing at his store. These guys know what they are doing and will treat you right with every transaction.

Saved by Hector!! I needed a certain jewelry case for my daughters bracelet and he must’ve looked for 10 minutes until he found the perfect one. Customer service is sorely lacking in most places these days but not at National Pawn and Jewelry. I’ve bought silver and jewelry here before and will be back again and again.
