I don't normally do reviews, but when staff goes above and beyond I have to comment and give them praise. I have given three reviews in my life, which shows how rare it is that I am blown away by a positive interaction such as this has been. In a "money-hungry society" it's hard to find people/employees who are genuine, professional, and compassionate. This location (Parker and Alma) are both, and more. I can't say enough positive things about my experience and the staff here! When my payment was late they still handled the situation with respect and dignity, and never made me feel embarrassed or "less-than", as most companies I have dealt with do in those circumstances. I would like take a moment to give credit personally to Terence Thurman (the General Manager of this TitleMax location), and Mayra whom I have had the pleasure of dealing with on numerous occasions throughout the duration of my loan. Lesley and Oscar are also employed at this location and are very personable and respectful. Thank you to everyone at TitleMax Parker and Alma. I worked with Mayra at TitleMax on getting me a loan on my vehicle she was friendly and very helpful. She was awesome and made the process easy and seamless. I was offered less than needed and she went to bat for me, letting me know not to expect it but she would try and it worked. I would recomend her and the store to anyone.

I had no idea about what to expect from a place like this. I found myself in need of some extra cash due to a financial crisis and my friend referred me to title max. I was reluctant but from the moment that I walked into the one at 901 W Parker, I was greeted by Aneka and Pedro. They made my whole loan process easy. They have a very professional setting and I would recommend them highly and plan on doing business with them often.

This place by sure exceeded my expectations! I read the reviews and decided to go with this place being that I’ve never done a title loan. Got approved for much more than I thought and approval was within an hour. Rates are really good and the lady who helped me was named Crystal she was very helpful, professional, and have no problems answering all of my questions so I’m beyond a satisfied customer and glad I picked this place! I borrowed 10,000 and was told I had 3 days to repay this amount interest free. On the 3rd day I had the money overnighted to them so it would be there in time. The funds were there waiting on the morning of the 4th day. Instead of charging perhaps a small fee for being a few hours late this title max location charged me nearly $1200 which is a full months interest. Sad to see them show no interest in retaining a repeat customer & choosing greed over basic decency. I highly recommend not using this location because if given the opportunity they will take every penny they can from you.

🤲...I Wouldn't be able to get the help I need, without Isiah B. This is a very mannerable young, he hesitant to give napkins, correct facial tissues when seen that he wasn't bothered by the fact an African American, he serviced this Honorable Separated from the US Army, with the upmost respect and professionalism! I had to shed 😭, when he said I was approved!!! 🤷🏾‍♂️ 🙏 🤲
