I have past this location many times and thought hopefully I’m not in a situation to have to use my title for a loan. Well I had an unexpected emergency and feared so much to walk in the store to enquirer and I am really satisfied and glad I walked in. It’s scary but for short term it worked out great and their percentage is 2 times lower than others. Pedro was a wonderful clerk and was patient with all the many questions I had. Mildred is very helpful as well. Great team.

The people at the Plano location are the absolute best. One in particular, Sam, is the one of the nicest people I have ever met.
