I have to say, these guys helped me out tremendously when I was in a tight financial situation. Chris was so helpful and offered me a more than fair price on everything I brought in to pawn today for a loan. He was really patient with me in explaining the process on how to get everything back once I get my paycheck and overall, he was just a really nice guy. I’ll definitely be doing business with them again in the future. Plus, their store is filled with all sorts of cool things!

Very friendly and helpful while looking around for guitars today. Not everyday a staff members takes his time to be informative and his stock. This place gives you fair market on what your selling and cuts you a break when purchasing. Ed

Very happy to do business with this store. The people who work here are very respectful, professional, and reasonable with pricing. My husband got my engagement/wedding ring here and I absolutely love it. Donna pointed us in the direction for a jewelry shop to resize my ring for me too. Good quality stuff to buy , the jewelry selection is huge and has a great pieces to choose from. Lots of Tools if anyone needs some, my husband is always going through.

I doubt you could find a fairer or more pleasant pawn shop experience than this one. The big corner shop’s modest look conceals a really wonderful group of people who are prepared to meet you halfway honestly on whatever you bring them in, from jewelry to instruments to firearms to miscellany. I’ve dealt with this shop over the course of many years, and the rates of return and overall service experience are significantly better than neighboring shops I’ve found my way into. Please give them a try if you’ve got something you could use the money for instead!

I love this store!!! The staff are actually friendly and very helpful!! I’ve never had friendly service at a pawn shop! They have great items for really good prices! I Purchased a nice camera recently for my daughter and the camera was giving an error message and I was really worried I Left a message for some help and they actually called me back and helped me get the camera working there was nothing wrong with the camera it was user error I put the micro chip in incorrectly but the willingness for them to help me out really made me feel like they care and because of that I will do business with them in the future

I have no words to say just good ones how great this pawnshop was from the time I have arrived to pawn my firearm to back to received my firearm back the staff on duty was great friendly and acknowledge you when you first step into the store especially to Kevin he help me with the amount I was looking for the amount I ask for even try to meet halfway it was amazing feeling when you have a staff that willing to help you Thank you so much

I was shopping for a great deal on an engagement ring and could not be happier with my experience at TJ&L. They had a much bigger selection than other places I looked. The guys were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They also guaranteed that any ring would appraise for at least twice it's sale price. The ring I bought appraised for 4 times what I paid, and she loves it.

My uncle went in looking for a guitar today, afraid he wouldn’t be able to afford one. Steve gave him a great deal on an acoustic guitar. He walked out of there with the biggest smile on his face! Definitely would recommend checking this place out!

It was a quick 6 minute walk from Downtown Plano Dart Station to these guys. Great customer service, very fair and quick. I was done in less than 10 minutes. Our relationship has started off right. If I need their services again I will most definitely be back. It's very refreshing to come across a business such as TJ&L Pawn Shop that provides such great service with great attitudes! 💜
