I'm going through a financial struggle & my fiance & I doordashed all day yesterday to make money for us & our 2 year old son. We only made about $60 after doordashing ALL day. I wake up this morning & my account is $75 negative instead of us having the $60 I expected to have to live off of. They randomly take money from your account whether you can afford it or not. I wouldn't have gotten a loan if I wasn't going through a financial struggle. They do not care what you are going through. My mother is in the hospital dying of cancer & now I can't even go see her because I have no money to do so. This company having their money is more important than anything you're going through in life so do not come here. It only helps in the beginning & then they keep screwing you over

If you’re ever looking for a loan- this is a GREAT LOCATION! Staff is always friendly and professional. When I had questions, Crystal laid out all the terms and answered everything. The customer service rocks! Will definitely do business again here.

Does your boss know how your co-agency rearranged the terms of the loan agreement to steal from me and then put my information out there to be repeatably stolen I'll see y'all in court If you still have a job. I am so disappointed in you not saying something when you had the chance. How could you let angela do that to your customer. 😲You got other loan agencies and upstanding businesses blacklisted. This is what corona really caused small businesses to allow. Shameful very shameful. You owe me alot of money. 💵💵💵

I do highly recommend this company, they are understanding and family orientated and the staff is very friendly and professional. so if you're ever needing extra cash or emergency cash they will always be there for you. it's an easy quick and simple process in and out and will always have my business.

This small loan office has a wonderful cozy atmosphere--complete with seasonal decorations :-) This makes up for the protective glass partition often seen in banking and loan establishments. The loan experts themselves -- Luis and Arlene-- add to the welcoming atmosphere. They are easy to talk to, extremely professional and knowledgeable. Rest assured you can ask any questions you want. Everything is above-board and very clearly laid out and if you're like me and have a difficult time grasping certain financial concepts, they will be more than willing to explain details. I originally chose CheckNTitle because of a high rating in Better Business Bureau, and I'm glad I did!

I went in to see if i would qualify for a loan. I'm considered to be self employed so I know chances are low. These people knew that their system wouldn't approve me from the very start. I'm ok not being approved. That doesn't bother me and this review isn't about being approved. It's about how these people and this company handle their potential customers. What i don't understand or agree with is the fact that they had me go through the application process and give them all my info (some of which can be used negatively by the wrong people such as my SSN) KNOWING that i wouldn't be approved and said nothing. This is highly unprofessional and a waste of time. My experience with this company is what I'd consider abysmal. I don't recommend them based on their shady behavior and policies alone. Zero stars if i could.
