7/7/2022 I am extremely pleased that my credit rating improved very significantly with the help of Mr. Duarte and his assistant Ms. Johnson at White, Jacobs and Associates in less than 4 months. They successfully resolved outstanding details that I was not aware were adversely impacting my credit. Where do I even Begin!!! Wow! It has been a journey for my husband and I trying to fix our credit on our own. We started by making calls to collectors and pay off things from least amount owed making our way up the ladder. With no success on getting items removed after paying on our own, things were getting pretty frustrating to say the least! We would only see a 20 point increase in scores at the most if we were lucky. Then the journey began! We started looking for homes with no success at getting approved for anything decent. We got in contact with the right lender who then referred us both to this amazing Credit Repair company! I asked Steve to help a business partner of mine remove some Inquires from her credit report, she needed to purchase a big rig truck for her company, Steve went out his way to find someone he trusted and knew that sold trucks and put us together and did not take advantage of her by removing Inquires that were not standing in her way in order for her to buy a truck. For years I have always wanted help on learning how to better my credit score. I have also always been skeptical on whom to trust. You hear so many things about people being scammed. I first came across White Jacob & Associates with a simple Google search. I looked into a few other agencies and decided on a consultation through them. My husband and I were wanting to begin our search of a our first home and I knew it was time for me to work on my credit. Extraordinary experience with this company. My wife and I enrolled to fix our credit scores and our goal was to buy a home, we were amazed by the results and professionalism from Chelsea. Not all of our negative items were deleted; however they were able to still boost our scores by over 100 points. White Jacobs was very open and honest with us about what we should expect. I hired Jason Woody to fix my credit so we Could purchase our home. He done such a great job that i also hired him to fixs my wifes credit . They have also been professional with me and very fast at responding to messages. I would recommend to ALL my family and friends.

My wife and I sought after their services to help repair our credit in May 2020 so we could purchase a home, we both had credit scores in the 400’s. During our consultation we were told, but not promised, that they could remove 90% of negative items from our report. It’s now February 2021 and we’ve ended the program with a total of 4 items deleted, and an improved credit score mainly because I paid off our credit card debt. We still haven’t been able to purchase a home because our scores are still not up to par. If we would have used the money that we spent to hire this company to pay off the collections, or try for a pay and delete our credit score would be much better than it is now. Please do your research and know you can do everything they do, or more! all on your own without spending a few thousand dollars. I wish we were never referred to this company and had saved our money, for us it was a total waste.

Chris Coker did an amazing job informing me and helping me transform my credit score. I started at about 586 and jumped all the way up to 657. On Experian I’m nearly at 700 with a 688 credit score. It took about 4 months but the money and time was worth it. It helped me finally be approved for a Tesla that I was previously denied for multiple times. Also helped us prepare our children for their future with credit as well. 10/10 will recommend them to anyone if I can. Especially Chris.

I am so glad I made the decision to restore my credit with this company and specifically with Zach Sandoval! Zach was and still is very responsive. Jared Briscoe & his team are the GOAT! Since I started the program in 9/14/21 to the latest update 12/14/21, across the 3 credit bureaus my scores have risen by 195 points!! As of today, October 2021, I have a credit score of over 700 and was recently approved for an FHA loan at 2.25%. If you are looking for a change, you have found the right company. If you need positive information removed from your credit report this is the place for you. I asked to be kept up to date on the progress of my disputes but never heard from them. I was given a date on when they would contact me but never heard from them. They had a item that was actually helping my credit removed from my credit report. I finally had enough and told them to cancel my account and they continued to take money from my account. Stay far away from this company. Update: I'm not sure how you think facts are misleading. But you are right about one thing. I made it clear that I did not want to be contacted by you but you still did. You contacted me over and over and over again even after I told you to stop. I guess harassment is part of the process. I did contact the company and they said that it was removed because of a dispute that was submitted. You are the only one I hired to "help" with my credit report. So again, to anyone reading this, stay far away from this place. They are way to expensive and not worth the hassle.

Recently my wife and I were refinancing our home and we have both always had perfect credit scores. So I was shocked when my score wasn't where it should be. White Jacobs and Associates is the best credit repair company I have come across. I reached out to them in march of this year. The rep I spoke to, Chelsea, was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. This company has some of the best reviews I have ever seen so I was skeptical at first. However, my good friend john recommended this company to me. I ended up speaking to multiple agents at this company and they put my concerns at ease. My husband and I were surprised at their initial cost but decided to roll the dice and see what they could do for us. Since they were highly recommended by a loan officer in Dallas we were hoping for the best. Anytime we called or emailed we got a reply within about 1-3 hours which was very comforting. Once the reports from the bureaus started to come to our mailed box a lot of our concerns were alleviated. Almost all of our negative remarks from Equifax and Trans-Union were delete within 50 days. White Jacobs continued to send out disputes until I got the results I needed for a mortgage approval. We cannot stress enough positive vibes about this company.

I literally have zero complaints! I have been working with Brandi Morris and she is friendly, professional, very easy to talk to and explained the whole process in detail leaving me no questions to ask! They are absolutely affordable with the option to pay it out over a few months and it is absolutely been 100% worth it. My credit went up 55 points in only 2 weeks 3 weeks later another 11 points and then 1 week later another 2 points so in a total of 6 weeks my score has jumped 68 points. That is incredible and my credit file has not even been completely updated. It feels good to know soon i will have some financial freedom with a good credit score. My interest rates are going to lower and i can start looking into buying my dream home. No more throwing money away on rent and high interest. Thank you Brandi Morris for all your help!
