Javier was nice. Were in and out within 45 minutes. After hearing his endless sarcasm and jokes they seemed like the longest minutes of my life. But he was helpful. Also Keith was wearing black and brown ... and Javier had a terrible shirt... so they might not dress the best and might have bad jokes but they can sure do there job in a timely manner.
