I just want to say that Gwennesha at the Lancaster store was so incredibly helpful and sweet. I don't usually go to places like this but had no other choice. I went to the one on Mccart and the young Mexican girl had a HORRIBLE attitude. She was rude and really embarrassed me. I went to the other store and met Gwennesha. When I say she was a godsend I mean it with all of my heart. She went above and beyond what she had to do. I am so grateful for her and appreciate her kindness and knowledge. You truly have a wonderful employee. Gwennesha, if you ever see this, Thank you for your compassion, kindness and patience. You are a gem!

I just paid a bill with a young girl Andrea, she was very patient with me and sweet, she even offered me a debit card and I didn't take it because I have 3 already but she convinced me to almost have 4 ! I love the cards I can't spend more than What's on my card, I learned to manage money here at ace! I will continue to do business here I offered her a tip and she asked for a google review instead of cash . I feel as long as we treat each other with respect the business / clientele relationship can be Great!

The hours on the door stated they close at 8pm. The new person tonight closed it at 6pm. Even had the audacity to try to inform me that they close at 6pm. I proceeded to inform her of the correct days and operating hours. Just more reassurance for myself that no matter what, it's not worth cashing a check. Especially in society this day in age when someone has poor customer service skills and incapable of working. I'm just appalled and someone needs to write her up. New or not don't argue with me when you are clearly in the wrong and want to use foul language for your own mistake. Again, I will not be back. It's very upsetting because of convenience than having to wait until Monday for my money to be available in my bank account.
