TitleMax Title Loans Sw Wilshire Blvd, Burleson

This is for the business in general. Thieves. We woke up this morning to find out that titlemax had pulled $663 from our account, WITH OUT our authorization to do so. The store manager explained how payments would work when approved for this loan. "Here's what your 1st payment is. Here's what your payments going forward until paid in full will be." NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT A LARGE LUMP SUM AT THE END. It was never discussed, and never shown to us. When calling this morning to to put back the difference of what was agreed to pay on for today, which is 6/17, we were told "So sorry, but the loan is paid in full now and the contract is closed. We can not issue a refund and shouldn't have to tell you about anything." and hung up. Tried calling back, and was left on hold for 10 minutes and at this point, we needed to go back to work. We also tried online help, "You need to contact customer service. That's the only department you can talk to." Mind you, $2,000 went to rent. We had to cancel the car payments, so it wouldn't over draft. We are left with $0. No money for food, no money for gas and no way of getting additional funds to help. When looking for the documents that were signed, they are no where on the portal to be found. We were never late on this loan to pay it back. Not one time. Charges are currently being disputed with the bank. Moral of the review, don't borrow from titlemax. If you do, make sure the office staff goes through every single thing with you and there are no grey areas, or nothing is left understood.

The process was easier than I thought and I was in and out within an hour. Also a big thanks to Selene because with her help I was able to get a bit more than they had first offered. Thank you!
