great experience with great customer service. went for a title loan and got what I was asking for. they explain everything, the whole process, and how the payments work. the general manager was very helpful, the store manager was doing my loan and was extremely personable, and the assistant store manager was very polite. thank you TitleMax for helping in my time of need.

I've had a good experience in the beginning of my title loan. Then Covid hit everyone hard it's been difficult to make payments since I'm not working yet. But "Jennifer" an associate had been a real b!@&# about my late payments and continuous threats about taking my vehicle even though I'm making partial payments. Now this is the worse experience I've had because of Jennifer. She says that she has given me chances. Chances of what? I'm making payments grant it it's not the whole payment but I'm trying and making over $200.in payments. Again she has made my experience at Title Max the worse.
