First time here on Wednesday of April 11th of 2018 and it was such a bad experience I asked to get a loan and the short lady that works there with highlight on her hair refused to give me one of their loan's telling me that my items were not worth anything when clearly all the items that I brought were new, She was so rude and disrespectful and so unwelcoming that I asked to speak to a Manager she then replied with I am the Manager it was a like a nightmare. Never again will I return to this location worst day ever!!! Good luck with visiting this location.

My first time here and I wasn't impressed. I was picking up my gun. A guy there was helping me. I actually saw one employee throw another employee under the bus when what looked like a disgruntled customer was complaining about her payments. The short lady with high lights told her that the other girl with tattoos thought it was funny when the owner put out her items the day before. Instead of rectifying the situation she made it worse and made me uncomfortable. I felt sorry for the girl. That customer started yelling obscenities at her after the lady with the high lights told her that. Poor girl. I liked her. She complimented me on my tattoos. Its sad they don't treat their employees better. I couldn't find a number for corporate anywhere online so I thought I would just post a review on here. They weren't wearing any name tags so not sure what their names are. They only charged me 15 for the pick up but I probably won't be back.

Luv it! They have the best deals on used firearms that I have seen. I saw a Glock 22 that I felt was a bit overpriced so I asked them about it and they actually agreed wit me and lowered it. I bought it. Pretty cool experience all around.

Why can't I do zero stars? Used this place for a quick loan to take care of a few things, wasn't impressed with the customer service....been there a few times to extend the loan each time I specifically asked to be put on a certain day....I don't know if the employees know how to work the system or just can't add days, but it's never on the date I ask for. I honestly think the bald guy there is somewhat racist/prejudice or something. He seems to watch me a lil too close for comfort.

I acsdently went to the wrong pown shop. I had just enough time to get to the right one to get my stuff out. After I raced to make it with two minutes to spare. They told me they closed the register. It was already 6:00. It was definitely 5:58 when I was knocking on the door. It was definitely not before 6:00 when they closed everything down. They wasted my time to be lazy. Trash!!

This is my go to for FFL transfers. When buying firearms online (specially from buds gun shop) they make it super easy. The staff is also great. Very professional.

The service and inventory at this place is laughable. I was in here about a week ago. The heavy set young lady with black hair was short with me. Not sure what her problem was but she needs an attitude adjustment. Sweet heart I'm sorry if you were having a bad day but you should definitely smile more. If you're looking for a nice selection of inventory such as tools, stereos, jewelry, guns, cheap tv's, cheap laptops go check out Cash America on E. Berry. Go over the i35 bridge and it's on the right hand side. Ask for Laura. She always takes care of me. It's about 5 min from this location and the customer service is superb. First Cash on James isn't bad either. Value pawn on Altamesa always has a large selection of guns. The manager there George is awesome. Nice guy. I noticed that everything in this purple place was wayyyy over priced.

I rarely write reviews but I went in there the other day for a loan and the people there are amazing! I asked for a certain amount and gave me more than what I had asked. They were so nice and quick. I highly recommend going to this pawn shop :)
