I don’t know what happened to the old team but the new staff are horrible pessimists and rudely unprofessional in a polite manner. I walked in anxiously eager to do business as always and within seconds I was displeased by the laziness ready to be done with the sarcastic attitudes. I honestly won’t recommend anyone to the Sycamore & McCart location. After asking for their Corporate number they danced around the subject trying to avoid answering it.
