Service was great….can’t wait over 3 hours then told it may be ready by 11:00 tomorrow. The team is constrained by the lack of effort from the corporate office. One should not have to go in at 10:30 & at 5:00 be told the process still isn’t completed. The approval was done…but somehow the internet wouldn’t allow the transaction to proceed. Donyel Smith is an asset to your company. She dealt with issues that….in the world of IT, should have never been an issue. She is the store manager of the Mansfield location Andy our should give her a raise or a bonus for the lack of IT corrections when folks come in to your business for help.

Razaida was absolutely amazing. We came in and needed money and she was nice and personable. She was gave this business a definite five stars. I know her job probably isn’t the easiest because we as customers can be difficult at times. However, she is amazing and she eases all concerns and she makes things happen. I came in a few months ago spoke with the Manager and she was very helpful even though I couldn’t get the amount I requested. I came in today bc I really needed some extra cash and was able to get the money. The ladies at this location was very nice and patient with me and knowledgeable.
