This was my first visit to Title Max. My experience from the time I called until the time I walked out of the door Sandra Salazar was absolutely amazing. Sandra is very personable. She inquired about what I needed and, from there, walked me through the entire process. At the end she made sure I was happy and satisfied with her service. I am more than satisfied with the service and will be going to her if I should need help in the future.

Thankful for Michelle and her great service today! I am a returning customer and Title Max is where I know to go to when I need the extra help. They always come through and I appreciate their services.

Julie helped me when I walked in 10 minutes before closing. She was very compassionate and unlike most places that has a customer walk in right before closing, she wasn’t angry at all. She greeted me with a smile, made me laugh the whole visit, and said goodbye with a smile. I had an emergency and needed $1800, while I wasn’t able to get that much she did help me get as much as possible. In a time of stress and helplessness Julie made me forget I was there to fix a major problem. That was the biggest help of all. Definitely go here if you want to be treated fairly, without judgement, and with a smile.

Julie was very nice and personable. During pandemic my daughter and myself both tested positive. I was hospitalized for over 6 weeks. When I stopped in I was greeted by a very nice young woman named Olga who took her time explaining everything to me. She was extremely thorough and detailed and as it turned out patient. I didn't end up signing for a loan, but I was never once made to feel like I wasn't welcomed or that I wouldn't be welcomed back. If more title loan companies were run by people like her, they may not be such a daunting thing for so many people. Kudos!

I came in and needed cash. I never really done this before. However Olga was really helpful and knowledgeable. I was iffy at first then she took the time to explain everything. They really try to help you with your problems and make sure they get the best options for you. Plus they are Veteran friendly and Olga being a Veteran as well, really connected with me. They have my business from now on.

I absolutely love Julie and Louis!! Louis is so awesome and full of energy, also very helpful. Julie is the absolute sweetest person, she goes above and beyond for you everytime. This is the best place to go if your ever needing a little extra cash, very nice people. It’s awesome because nowadays, it’s hard to find good customer service.

Julie Hueber, the store manager, was very friendly and proficient. She is also kind and let me come in 30 minutes before the store opened. The whole process takes 30 minutes to an hour and you have options. Take what you want or need. The only extra charges are IF you keep the debit card. Transfer to your bank or an intermediary like Current Bank and then to your CashApp. That avoids all fees. Or find one of Visa network fee free ATMs and get it all in cash with no fee. Now a pro tip: There are 2 types of stores.... One caps you based on income and the other goes by car value. If you are unemployed, Julie will work with you.... aka.... do her magic... give her a chance... you will probably leave happily surprised.
