This is one of the best locations and best customer service I've had in a long time. I was in a bind and just getting released from hospital and Mr.Jeff was very kind, knowledgeable and professional. He doesn't make you feel like you're a bother or feel judged for needing help. The process was very quick and he explains it where you will understand the process with title loans. If you get into a bind and need a title loan go to this location and Mr. Jeff will do his best to help you.

Deontay Harris was such a great help! He explained the process to where I could understand and made the process smooth and fast. Definitely coming back here again in the future. Update: just paid off my loan. Process was as fast as it could be. Was easy as signing a letter. Definitely coming back if I’m ever in need for money.

First time ever taking out a personal loan. I didn’t even know that TitleMax conducted business other than using a vehicle’s title to get any type of loan. Edgar was the associate that helped me and was very transparent. He shared his computer screen and went over the length term, interest and all other questions I had between paying early and paying just “on time.” I didn’t feel robbed or taken advantage of. Title Max was very helpful, easy, right on time with little waiting. I didn't have to go to the bank to get blank checks which nobody has any more. Azalia helped me first and had a great attitude and conversation although she never been to Louisiana Lol... Then I dealt with Carmen andshe was just as better patient and made sure I was satisfied before I left the store... I'd recommend Title Max to anyone that needs a little push to get to the next payday.
