Linette was amazing guiding me through the process. This was my first title loan, but she made it very smooth and easy to understand. This location is about as immaculate as you can find during this pandemic, and all recommended distancing and sanitization procedures are respected. Great experience!

Customer service was horrible even from store manager Linnete they were very rude and loud . I have a video of how rude they were to me . DO NOT GO TO THIS TITLEMAX LOCATION . No greeting when you walk in or nothing . WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE . Told me my car was worthless. Paid it off and wasn’t even told thank you for getting your title back with title max. Just a sarcastic have a good day .

My wife and I needed to go to Massachusetts for a family outing . Titlemax allowed us to do that by loaning us the money we needed for the expenses . The general manager served us and was amazing! She was professional Nd courteous. The store was clean and social distancing was practiced without hassle . We will surely return if we need help again. 10 of 10 service .

Amazing and fast. Trisha was super friendly very outgoing. Didn’t feel awkward while waiting she made us feel very comfortable. I will definitely be coming back and referring everyone that needs super fast assistance!!

Latisha had been a great help and a great person at the task. Though her WIFI want wasnt working and she had to run from computer to computer to do certain things to make sure the customers were getting what they needed to complete the service rendered. Awesome person

I was in the area and had an Emergency. I stopped in and spoke to Trisha. She was very friendly, helpful, and professional. She assisted me with the understanding of how the loan process works. I was concerned because I live in Maryland and was not sure if I qualified. I was then told that there are locations in Maryland I could go to. What a wonderful relief and experience.
