My experience with title Max spans over 5 years...each experience has actually improved with paper work to a fast and efficiency computerized system...making my time here shorter with each visit...manager Steve took care of me during my first 2 experiences and Kim my third time...her cusromer service was not only stellar but more than accommodating...She called out the blue to merely to thank me for past business as well as 2 referrals...lastly I came In with an expired program coupon only to have her accept the pass due date on it...with the title loan competition in va I could go anywhere yet I continue to choose title Max mainly because of stellar folk like Kim cook.

Staff is very polite, welcoming and very easy to deal with. Great customer service especially Kim and Steve... Love them.

Great service and the best people I've ever dealt with, they make getting a loan as easy as ever and they work with you with your situation. They are very considerate to barriers and things that may occur during your payments. I recommend anyone to go here abd get a title loan, this is my third one and I was able to get my title back each time, thanks to them.
