i've paid my loan off months ago and i randomly get calls about promotions and deals that the store has to offer. the staff is super nice and helpful and friendly. mary was the one who helped me and was awesome giving me the warm welcome. would most definitely recommend anyone looking for fast loans to this one

Staff were very friendly and patient. I was in and out in a timely manner. I was offered a reasonable amount for my vehicle as well! Great choice for a quick loan. If I ever have a financial emergency again I will definitely come back.

When I went in, I was surprised on how polite and nice they were. All three women welcomed me. And Mary was the one to help me with my Dodge Ram 1500 loan.

Alana helped me out a lot today. I am a very private person and she did not pry into personal life. She helped me understand everything that was going on and got my application done in a timely manner. Hopefully I don’t have to come back but if I do, I’ll be looking to work with Alana at the Jefferson Ave location.

The staff and General Manager is awesome!! My favorite staff member is a young gentleman I can't remember his name but it starts with a D lol, so I will call him D. D and Ryan are the best. My first time here at Titlemax was actually a nice visit . The young lady Mary the attendant was very pleasant and she was a joy to work with . She is very good with customers and I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family .

The staff in this TitleMax location, (11109 Jefferson Ave.), really care for their customers. They are friendly, respectful and really care about the needs of their customers/potential customers. When i was in a bind and needed cash they really helped me out. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs cash immediately!!!!!
