I avoided giving a review during the course of this car loan. Now that i am nearing the end of the loan, I feel like I needed to let others know of my experience with this company before they decide on financing. For my car salesman- Donald King, I give five stars(very professional, very knowledgeable and helpful), for the Finance company, I would give this give this place zero stars, if I could. They are literally modern day loan sharks in the form of a finance company. They literally care nothing about their customers. They did not adjust their practices to meet the needs of their customers and their hardships they faced in the midst of the pandemic. Even before the pandemic the staff was rude, unprofessional and have the least bit of empathy. If you are thinking about purchasing a car, find your own financing with a company/credit union that places their customers first. I know I will next time!

I made all payments on time and when i ask for my $800 overpayment after having refinance thank god, i was told it wait until mid July because its just convenient for her to send it then. My credit takes a hit if i was ever late but after explaining i live off va disability pension & its greatly needed my being paid back is not "convenient" ok! Will never recommend

I hope this is the last time I have to get a car through them and Casey Chevy!! I asked for an extension on my bill due to the fact I was starting a new job they don’t offer that, all they can and WILL do for sure is cut the vehicle off. I hate this place, don’t ever go here.

These people were raised by wolves. They have no compassion at all. While other loan agencies were giving their customers grace periods to pay their loans this pandemic. They basically said “F” Grace and pay me my money!

Please listen to the customers this place has sold me a lemon and has taken thousands of dollars from me and never updated my payment records for the lemon they sold that broke down while I was driving the vehicle I could have died thankfully I was not on an interstate while this happened. I would give this place no stars if possible....SUE THIS COMPANY IF POSSIBLE

DO NOT EVER ALLOW ANY DEALER, I MEAN ANY DEALER, TO FINANCE WITH THIS COMPANY. Their practices HAVE to be illegal! They must ask people if you have NO compassion, human decency, understanding, or morale in them on their application before they hire them. No matter how many times your payment is on time, whatever your circumstances, ONE day past 30 days and they are picking your car up. They act like they never have life throw them lemons! Their fees are ridiculous! Interest rates ridiculous! Company should be out of business! If I could give them NO stars I would.

It is super shady to let someone take home a car for 3 weeks and then they find out you haven’t financed the deal yet leaving said person on the hook for a car payment they were under the impression was being paid off. Shady and predatory. How do you not communicate something like that, but had no problem communicating to dig into our finances and lives to make sure you could get your money.

If I have never left a review before I’m telling you now, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Do not let Casey Kia, or Chevy try and get you to finance through here THEY WILL PUT YOU THROUGH HELL FOR A LEMON. I’m telling you, DO NOT DO IT! I don’t even leave reviews but YOU WILL REALLY HATE THIS PLACE & it is the worst car finance EVER. please save yourself!!!

Customer Service is horrible to get ahold of when you need them. The timers they place on the cars have trouble working, so your car will not start. I have been trying to get ahold of customer service for two hours now and no one will pick up, this includes the managers as well. I have left emergency messages on managers answering machines, still no call back. This isn't the first time this has happened. I always paid my payment on time! I am now updating this review and the whole company was a nightmare. So glad we paid off our car and didn’t have to deal with them ever again!

Easy to get a vehicle with this company. But staff is unprofessional and they will cut your car off the day that payment is due. Then they will threaten you a d blow your phone up to get payment even after you have made an automated payment. I get paid on Thursdays and this company is suppose to be based off your payday. But my car payment is due on Mondays. So I have always paid late because of it. I have had it with this company I would never recommend anyone to go with this company.
